Was the perfect house for our group.

The house was the perfect size for our weekend event.

The rooms were clean and comfy. The house is older and things like grout need maybe a deep cleaning in some of the bathrooms, but overall it was good. The hot tub was a little murky, but not bad. Plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within 5-15 minutes away. While the backyard is huge and beautiful, the fence is down on both sides at the front so kids can ‘escape’. Do not ask to have any kind of ‘party’, I asked about a small bridal shower and was told 500 for two hours. There are other places in town you can host one for much less and they will set up and clean for you. But that didn’t detract from our stay or the house. We had tons of room to spread out and enjoy each others company, without feeling cramped. I 100% recommend the property

14 of our family of 20 gathered to celebrate our 70th wedding anniversary. The house is very roomy, good seating for large groups, good separation with upstairs and downstairs large gathering spaces....lovely large backyard as well. The fridge is quite small when having large groups and there is no ice maker. We were extremely disappointed that the spa had not been cleaned and was unusable. But overall, it was a lovely place for our family reunion.

This home was perfect for our group of 20 people. There was plenty of room for us all. Teri was so kind and allowed us to have an early check in and a late check out of one extra hour. That was so helpful for our large group to clean pack up in that time frame. Thank you Teri! We really enjoyed our stay!

Very spacious place with multiple hangout areas for big groups. The greenery is well maintained and there is plenty of outdoor space.Host was informative and speedy. Definitely would book again if back in Boise

Spacious home, convenient location, well equipped. Parts of the house are a little dated. Great for large groups.

This home is located in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood with lots of parking. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. There's a large backyard for gathering with several seating areas on the deck and patio. With updating and repairs, this property would be outstanding. Its more dated than it appears in the photos. If you're just looking for large spaces at a good price, this property will work. If you're expecting a more modern home with upgraded amenities, you may be disappointed. We communicated our concerns to management and they were very responsive and helpful with some items that were left. Check in was easy and it felt very private. The hot tub was not useable during our stay but hopefully thats been resolved.

We had 9 people - adults, teens and kids - and there was plenty of room for all. Easy drive from the home to downtown. Super quiet neighborhood. Easy access to shops and dining. Highly recommend!

Very dated, much more so than the pictures. None of the doors including restrooms have working locks and apparently this is how the owners want it which was very strange and awkward when you have a big group. The house was not well cleaned upon arrival. The spa had not been serviced in some time so sadly we couldn’t use it. The spice fence was broken and there was chipped paint. Positives were the yard was huge and the kids loved playing outside. There are a lot of bedrooms to host a large group and that was nice to sit around the table eating or playing board games. The kitchen was large too. Had I known about the issues, I would have selected another place. I reached out to the owners about the doors and cleaning but wasn’t met with viable solutions. They offered to drop off occupied signs for the restrooms which is not a solution especially with kids. The cleaning fee was outrageous given the state of the house. We left it 10x cleaner than what we were given upon arrival. There were also no amenities to speak of. No board games, barely any toilet paper. We had to go buy a lot. WiFi was good and the kitchen had lots of dishes for use. Although we couldn’t find the cord for the griddle.

The house was dirty and unsafe for the children that were with us during the four days. To start, sex lube was found in a nightstand by our niece who is nine years old. We then began to search the other rooms and found bottles of pills in another nightstand, old food on paper plates. The kitchen was dirty, pans that we wanted to use to cook had to be washed. We had to clean the coffee maker before it could be used. The fridge’s seal was no longer good and the fridge was extremely dirty. Showers were extremely dirty and had to be clean before anybody could use them, we also found a needle in the carpet thankfully one of the kids did not step on it The decking around the hot tub had numerous nails sticking up. Terry, the host refused to acknowledge the house was dirty and unsafe. Based off our experience with the host and house, we do not recommend anyone stay there.

A spacious home for a stay with our children and grandchildren. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do. A lovely outdoor space for relaxing.

All said they had a great time.

Teri was great with communication before the stay. The family loved the space inside and outside for just being able to hang and catch up.

The property was perfect for a large group. There is plenty of spaces for family to gather together and enough privacy if a guest wanted to retreat. Everybody loved the house and thought it was amazing for our large group.

My family used this property as a gathering place to spend an extended weekend together celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We comfortably slept and fit 17 people in the house. The house is spacious with two large sectionals. The teenagers had a great time playing ping pong and sitting in the hot tub. Great location for a large family gathering.

This was a truly magical and wonderful place for our family reunion. It was everything I expected and more. The vaulted ceilings made it easy for all of us to be togther and not be overwhelmed. The many places for all of us to gather and eat together, and for people to have separate spaces to have time as needed. Thank you to the hosts! This is was a wonderful gift to stay here.

Family of 18..plenty of space. Well stocked kitchen. Nice bedrooms/baths. Room to spread out with game room, 2nd basement family room, plenty of parking. Didn’t use outdoor space but was a great size. We are local

I had my three kids with 6 grandkids come and stay and the house worked out really well! Kitchen was very well appointed so made it easy to fix meals for the family! Lots of bedrooms. Would have preferred more than one king bed and reports from my adult kids were that beds were hard (The owners suite was a nice big.comfy king) The worst part was the intense clean up instructions but took 8 of us a couple of bourse to make sure every garbage can in the house was emptied and dishwasher run and every dish out away and every bed striped and laundry started. Floors sweeper and all counters had to be wiped clean. Felt like we did most of the cleaning but still paid a hefty sum for that! And the threat was no deposit returned or $40 an hour if they had to put away a dish. Made it very stressful leaving. Also asked for 20 extra minutes on checkout so we could let a baby nap but was denied. But house was great for our group with lots of big gathering spaces and a fabulous big table. Etc. Usually hate to say anything negative but the areas in checking out was not fun.

We had a lovely stay. The host was very attentive to our needs of adding an additional day. The house was big, clean and spacious. Beds were great. Kitchen was a little under stocked from what I’m use to but stores were close by for gathering items.

This house is roomy and comfortable, even for a large family group. We were an extended family of 14 in town for a wedding. It perfectly met our needs.

We enjoyed our stay with plenty of space for everyone. The back yard was really nice with good seating options. The living room was amazing for watching football games and just hanging out. Extra blankets would have been nice (for the next guests). Thank you!!

The location is great and easy access to freeways, shopping, etc. It is a huge house with plenty of room for the entire family. We had family in for my daughter's wedding and this place worked out great for us. We were able to host a bar b que for close to 15-20 people as all family came into town. The private circle driveway could accommodate 20 vehicles if it had to. For a large group and for good location, this is the spot. Couple of negatives: It is dated, there was some walls damaged in the kitchen, there was a broken stool in the kitchen, the planks around the hot tub had screws or nails poking out which is a hazard. I don't know if it was the horses a couple doors down, the next door neighbor's basset hounds, or an unfortunate hatch, but we were inundated with flies. I do mean inundated. There were no less then 6 to 10 flies in the house at one time. We bought stuff to burn on the balcony to try and keep them away, we bought fly swatters, and we bug bug zapper swatters. They were relentless. It was a total distraction and an annoyance. The owners rules are a bit strict, which you will read all about in the binder when you arrive: you must strip all the beds and piles sheets, you must place all towels in laundry room, you must put away all clean dishes, there can be no hand prints on the sliding glass door, you cannot check in until after 4pm, you are asked to take out the garbage cans to the street on garbage day. The couch is uncomfortable

We found the property generally met our expectations as to the size of the house and property. The house was slightly more worn than we expected. Some areas have been renovated and others original. We estimate the home was built in the early 1970’s therefore things like kitchen cabinets and drawers were difficult to open or hard to clean. The property definitely needs a deep cleaning. Surface areas were ok but other areas needed a good scrub. Upon arrival the BBQ grill needed a good cleaning in order to use and the hardwood floors needed a good cleaning. Bedding was clean and satisfactory. Towels were a bit dingy. The space worked well for 8 adults and 5 kids aged between 6 and 9. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor space. Overall the space met our needs for our stay attending a family wedding.

Layout was great for privacy when sleeping. Great gathering spaces. We had to clean the fridge before we could put food in it. The kitchen table and wood working counter were tacky and didn't clean well so we kept them covered. The showers hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in awhile.

We enjoyed the location and house. Great for groups of more than 10.
