Private Dock! Waterfront Sunrise Beach Rental

Pros: -Covered slip was 7ft deep and easily fit my 24ft boat with no risk of a prop strike. -Quiet no wake cove, didn't have to worry about the boat rubbing the dock all night. -2 pickups and 24ft boat trailer had no problem parking on site.-Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of everything.-Stocked Keurig pods were a nice touch-Clean and modernCons:-6 exterior security cameras, no mention on this on property description. Overall:Really the only negative was the 6 exterior cameras and no mention of them in the rental description. Most rental places have 1-2, but this seemed like a bit much especially having one on each deck pointed directly at the patio furniture. It was enough we just chose to eat inside not knowing who was watching or even listening.

This property is located in such a fantastic cove. It’s spacious and the rooms are spread out well. We had our entire family, which includes a baby under 1 and a child. The dock is A++ for outside fun. We will be back!

Extremely clean place to stay. Everything we needed was available for use. Dock use with lily pad, life jackets, outdoor furniture, and kayaks a bonus.

Having stayed at this house before, we were familiar with the amenities and the location. The owners have made it a great, relaxing place with everything we needed to have a great vacation. This will be our go-to place to stay anytime we vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay! We had plenty of room for our party! Everything has been thought of and taken care of by the owners! The location was great! The new dock was great to hang out on all day! We loved our stay, and plan to return!

My family and I had a great, relaxing weekend! The house and dock were fantastic and the location was nice and quiet. We all had plenty of room to spread out and the weather was perfect. We are staying at this house later this summer and are very much looking forward to a repeat of this visit.

This house is just so comfortable. Obviously nicely decorated - the furniture, appliances, and kitchen supplies are not worn out seconds but intentional, quality, matching, and clean. The pots, pans, dishes, utensils, & glasses were spotless. Speaking of clean - the entire property is very well maintained with no spiderwebs, mystery hair, sticky spots or funky smells. There is plenty of room to gather - or space out. Two of the bedrooms have on suite bathroom affording a little more privacy for groups. And the hospitality! Plenty of communication from the owner and lots of extras you just don’t get with the average short term rental. She has thought of everything, even games & beach towels you can use - you just need to bring your suitcase to have fun. You also have a great spot on the lake. You have a good selection of restaurants & a grocery store within ten minutes, & a gas station for quick grabs at the subdivision. The neighborhood is quiet & on a good sized, no wake cove. Plenty of room for navigating into the huge dock. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a safe latter with rails, a fridge, hose, kayaks, fish cleaning table and places for your live bait, and a lily pad - no boat required to have fun on the water. If you do bring down a boat or ski, Point Oasis Marina at the opening to the main channel has a ramp, gas, and bloody Marys. Essentially quiet where you want it without being far away from amenities. You should stay here, our family will again!

The rental process was smooth and communication was quick and easy with the property manager contact. The house was perfect, everyone had their own space and bathrooms. The dock was amazing with the use of kayaks, floating pad, life jackets etc. the dock and deck furniture was great for hanging out. Great location and a very quiet cove.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house has everything you need, and you can see how much the owners put into it! From the decor to the outside furniture, everything is so beautiful! Communcation was great, we were able to text with both the owners and another liason for support on anything we needed. The neighbors we saw were so nice and there was even a pair of ducks that were hanging out with us at the docks during our stay! The icing on the cake was the 3 new kayaks that our teens throughly enjoyed using! Highly recommend this property for family/friends to enjoy some peaceful time away!
