I want to tell you that my family was not disappointed, quite pleased in fact, on renting the house and very happy that there were even coffee pods for their coffee. They are avid coffee drinkers. (hahaha). I am looking into booking again soon in February but would like to try another home for my friends this time. Can you recommend one with bathroom on each bedroom and back to the lake like the 928 Fairview Property I rented. Because of the cleanliness and extra supplies you put in the house it made a difference to my family. What a relief! Made my organizing a breeze.

We spent a week here in celebration of a 60th birthday. This property is well taken care of and well equipped throughout.Communication from booking to checkout was AHighly recommended.

We had a great time at the Private Cove house! The weather was perfect, which made it ideal to swim in the private side of Lake Anna. The house had all the amenities we needed to unwind and hang out. Joe promptly stopped by to fix one of the tables as well. The Hot tub was great too. The best part is our whole group of family members had their own bathroom and rooms, in the house. I highly recommend planning your next visit and stay at Private Cove.

Incredibly happy with everything about Private Cove lakefront house. Appreciated the quick response time when communicating with Daniel prior to booking, after booking, and while we were at the house. 10/10 for location, view, bedroom, amenities, and service! We had three generations of our family stay and everyone loved the house. We would 100 percent stay here again.

Wow! We were so impressed with how beautiful the house was. Great entertaining spaces on each floor. Fit 16 of us comfortably in and out. Loved the view and all the amenities. We had a wonderful time.

Absolutely amazing place, easy check-in process. Everything we needed as a team. We didn't have to go far for the grocery store and our team venue that Daniel told us about. We went to Everleigh as a team and it was a dream. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and place to stay. All in all our company had 5 homes around the lake and they all were amazing.

We had a fantastic time on the lake with gorgeous sunsets. The owner communicated clearly and was very responsive. We would go again!

Our stay at Private Cove was amazing! We loved the home’s layout which included a first floor master suite and great office space for those of us who had to work during our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Lake Anna is a beautiful lake and the family enjoyed swimming, kayaking and fishing off the dock. The host did a great job communicating and responding to our questions or concerns. We would definitely recommend Private Cove if you’re looking for that perfect spot on Lake Anna.

Thank you for an amazing place for our corporate retreat. We enjoyed the firepit by the lake especially at sunrise and sunset. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. I especially loved each room having its own bathroom.

Great property for family gatherings, spacious enough for everyone to have their own space and lots of gathering spaces for family time as well. The modern kitchen is well stocked with lots of appliances and new pots and pans. There are TVs in every room and great entertainment space in the basement with ping pong table, pac man arcade and video games. The communication from the host was clear and informative with timely responses. Would definitely stay again.

My family had the best time. The house was beautiful and clean...kitchen was very well-appointed. The lake setting was breathtaking. We spent hours around the fire-pit. Dan, you are an outstanding host. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We LOVED this property...it was exactly as the pictures described. Our party of 13 has plenty of privacy in each bedroom and took advantage of all the amenities - firepit, kayaks, hot tub, game room! We chose this property for the location and the amenities. Thank you!!

Lovely home and area. Very dirty outside, front porch, around door. Cobwebs and bugs all over. Back sliding door the same. Downstairs dirty, all corner walls. Bugs and cobwebs. Some pots and pans filthy. Could use update on cookware and utensils.

This house was fantastic! The room set ups with the attached bathrooms were great for the kids, the kitchen was airy and plenty of seating for eating and relaxing, and everything was clean and smelled great. Loved the extra fridge/freezer for additional food. The best place to eat was definitely the enclosed porch. To be able to sit outside without getting attacked by bugs was such a perk! The kids spent all day in the water. It was shallow enough for them to stand and super clear, plus they loved playing on the beach. The hosts were extremely responsive to all inquiries and requests and even came same day to bring us some more kiddie life vests! Would definitely look at staying at one of their properties again next year.

We rented this house to take our 17 year old son and his friends for a lake getaway to celebrate the end of the school year. It was a fantastic trip for them. The house had every amenity possible both inside and at at the lake. The hosts, Daniel and Zach, were incredibly responsive, nice, and helpful. The location of the house was perfect. Close to the Food Lion and restaurants and of course lakefront! There was nothing we needed at all and even if we did, I know help was just a phone call away. It was such a hit, that we're already planning to rent this house again! Highly recommend this home for your lake getaway.
