Amazing property with amazing hosts!

We had the most wonderful stay at this home! Very clean and beautiful with every possible amenity provided. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms; comfortable beds and showers and the grounds are beautiful. We loved feeding the animals and walking the property. Such a peaceful and fun setting for a family get together I would go back in a heartbeat!

Overall this was a beautiful place to stay! Any issues were remedied quickly. I highly recommend staying at this location if you have a number of people.

BEST VRBO EVERThis property was everything we hoped for and so much more. Our large group was comfortable the entire time. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. Beautiful property with a gorgeous drive to get there. The animals were so friendly and took carrots and apples from our hands. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of firewood for the fire pit. The most comfortable bed outside of my own home. There was nothing we needed that we didn’t have. The hosts were wonderful.

This incredible home (estate) very much exceeded expectations in every way. It was such an incredible experience to stay in such a magnificent place. Every detail was considered including the bag of apples and carrots left for us to feed the donkeys and horse. The setting was absolutely serene! Everything we wanted to see was 20-25 minutes away so the location was so ideal among the rolling blue hills!

Absolutely wonderful!!! The house was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need for your visit. Becky and Howard were the most accommodating and kind hosts. We hope to have the opportunity to stay again!!

Loved the large dining room table - it was perfect for all 10 of us to share our meals and chat. Beautiful setting!

Fabulous property with a super responsive host. Had everything we needed and then some. Donkeys in the pasture were very friendly. Overall we had a fantastic experience that we will be talking about for a long time. Highly recommend for large groups.

Wonderful experience staying here. This property was even better than the listing shows. The home is absolutely gorgeous! The beds were comfortable and the hostess was gracious and thought of everything! She even stopped over to let us know that the weather might be dicey one night if we wanted to put our vehicle in the garage. No detail was overlooked and being able to interact with the horse and rescue donkeys just made the stay that much better. We will definitely be returning!

10 of us stayed at the house for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The house and property are even better than they look in the photos! There was plenty of space for all of us, and the beds were all very comfortable - important when you’re doubling up lol! We were in Lexington for distillery visits, and it was an easy drive to get everywhere we went. Rebecca was quick to respond anytime I reached out. Also, the rescue donkeys were probably the highlight for half the group. When we were driving home, our car was all talking about when we could come back and stay here again!

This house was a great place for our 4 couples to stay on our Keeneland trip. This is our 3rd year of meeting someplace that has a track and this is hands down the best house we’ve stayed in. The house was very clean, well stocked (including plenty of bath towels) with a great floor plan and location. We loved having the donkeys and horse in the “backyard”. Rebecca provided a lot of nice touches to make our stay more enjoyable and always was quick to respond to any communications. If you ever need a larger home in Lexington, I’m convinced you can’t find a better one than this.

Had a family reunion scheduled elsewhere and they canceled the night before with no explanation. There were 10 in our party but we were celebrating Thanksgiving with my son and his family who live in Lexington. The house was a blessing for us to find!

I cant say enough about this amazing property! We are a group of 5 couples getting together to experience part of the bourbon trail. This home was beautiful, and in stunning horse country. The house had everything we needed, and the owners were so helpful, and friendly.

Wonderful stay with life long friends. House was immaculate and beautiful. Loved the donkeys and Lady. Fire pit was great. Dining room was perfect for 5 couples. Only recommendations would be to label all the light switches (very confusing), sharper knives, and instructions for the a/c. Possibly a user/owner’s manual.
