Private Cottage ☀️ - Fully Fenced In - KING Beds, Brand New, Near Beach

We had an awesome time at Spring Training and loved the house! We hope to be back and would like to stay there again.

Neither the front or back entrance of the property is wheelchair accessible. There is about a 6 inch threshold in the front doorway. It was a detail that I overlooked in the picture of the front of the property. Once inside it was wheelchair accessible aside from the bathrooms. If the owner provided a 3 foot removable ramp to be available for use that would solve the accessibility issue. I’m a power chair wheelchair user and after many late delayed flights arrived to the property very late. A friend in the area was able to three hour deliver a ramp from Amazon or I would not have been able to access the property. Otherwise the property was modern, clean, and conveniently located. Owner was responsive to messaging. I should’ve asked more questions. However, in the future to advertise as wheelchair accessible, I would recommend providing a ramp. Thank you.

Clean Modern updated property. Bedrooms are spacious. Bathrooms are nice. Soaps were luxurious!Missing a bedroom door handle in first bedroom and light bulbs in bedside lamps in primary bedroom Ice maker is jammed. Otherwise great place and we enjoyed our stay!

We arrived at the property around 10 PM but immediately felt very uncomfortable with the surrounding neighborhood while driving in. The area felt sketchy, and unsafe. There was a group of men drinking beer on the corner and one urinating at the end of the block. Because of this, we decided not to stay and left shortly after arriving.I notified the host that we did not stay & requested any type of reimbursement, even acknowledgement, but the response appeared to be a copied-and-pasted message asking for a 5-star review and did not address our concerns or offer any type of refund or accommodation.

This adorable home was exceptionally well appointed, clean, convenient and comfortable, giving an upscale feel to our stay. Well located, we were able to visit sites both north and south, and enjoyed the quirky vibe of Lake Worth, FL. Parking is pretty limited in the area, but there is a driveway for one car. We definitely would stay there again when in the area.

The place was clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. It had easy access to 95, along with the beaches and restaurants.

House was very clean and as advertised. The owner was very quick to respond when we had a problem with the AC. So-so neighborhood, but close to everything and easy to get to.

Would give zero stars if I could. This is NOT a safe neighborhood. We were harassed by the neighbors and felt so unsafe that we left. We spoke with Jason, the host who apologized and promised a refund, but here we are one month later with no refund and almost 1k down the drain. Mind you - we were there for less than 2 hours and did not touch a single thing, very disappointing. Look elsewhere for your next S Flo trip. I will say the house is nice, clean, etc but not worth it due to the surrounding neighborhood.

Great Centralized location and newly built house with great amenities. We visited on the coldestWeekend in 15 years so was unable to use outdoor area, however was in great Condition. Thank you for an enjoyable time. Kevin

Had the perfect stay here! Checking in and out was a breeze.

gun shots on several different occasions, no laundry detergent, garbage was full upon arrival.

No hot water at master bath sink. In first bedroom, no distribution of ac air thru ceiling vent. No smoke detector in first bedroom. Only one salad fork. Only one dinner fork.

The house was beautiful, but if I had to make a suggestion, I would suggest putting televisions in the bedrooms other than that place was just lovely

We had a baseball tournament as this was in the middle. Easy to get in and out and nice house. Recently upgraded, very clean.

Jason has a beautiful house. I enjoyed sitting out front after the sun went down, there was a nice breeze. The house was very clean and everything you needed was supplied.

The house was nicely appointed with all the things we needed. It was very clean and all the beds were very comfortable. The house is in an older neighborhood and the houses were clse together but the area was quite. Please note there is only room for one vehicle in the drivewsy. Street parking was not an option. We were all n the same vehicle so it was not a problem. We had a great stay and would return again. The host were quick to reply and checking in was easy.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property; we were in town to attend an artist workshop for women.Very charming, updated, spacious, clean and comfortable home!

Excellent place to stay—very comfortable and clean. It’s only a 15-minute drive from downtown West Palm Beach, which is a beautiful area. We traveled as a family of six and felt very comfortable. Highly recommend it!
