Private Colorado Mountain Retreat. 5BR Home + Guest House

We really loved our experience here; the house is beautiful and in a beautiful setting. The only problem was that previous tenants had left many of the auto-blinds depleted of battery and a few were broken, including the picture window in the master bedroom, so that we could never enjoy the marvelous view from our room. This was really a housekeeping issue, and should have been picked up when the last party left, and rectified. The host was very gracious, told us how to recharge the blinds, and tried to get someone in to fix the broken blinds, however it didn’t happen during our stay. This was a minor hick up, everything else was perfect. We would deinitely come again.

Wonderful luxury mountain home that our large group with kids really enjoyed. Excellent communication with the host made our stay a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked and able to accommodate feeding (and serving!) a crowd. We really enjoyed the mountain views and the pool and community space at Aspen House was a treat. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

This home was perfect throughout! Extremely clean, well furnished and decorated, and has exactly what we needed! The heated garage, powered shades, and high end appliances were greatly appreciated by our group. We would definitely stay here again!!

This home is absolutely gorgeous! Not only does it have amazing views from the oversized windows, multiple outside decks, but also has everything your entire crew needs. The kitchen appliances and cookware are extensive. The Casita is great, too! We used this as a place to share with our friends and for an event and i could not be more pleased! Thomas communicates quickly and provides recommendations. Cannot recommend enough!

Great neighborhood and wonderful home. Owner was easy to communicate with. Perfect for friends, family and pets. Close to many ski resorts.

A beautiful and new home in a great location. Working with the property manager was great with quick and responsive communication. Make sure you double check the hours that you can go to the pool because there are different times for guests.

Great house for a family getaway! We stayed for nearly 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The floor plan is perfect for multiple families staying together with a master bedroom, bunkroom, and living area on each floor. We have 3 young kids (ages 1 to 6) and found the home to be very safe and friendly to our needs.The host (Thomas) was a quick and helpful communicator when we needed anything.This trip was the 3rd time we have stayed in Summit Sky Ranch. The community has fantastic amenities. And the location is great for every summer and winter mountain activity, as well as quick access to Silverthorne, Frisco, Dillon, and Breckenridge.

Had a great stay, 3 families total. Loved the deck space for relaxing, gorgeous views. Kitchen was spacious enough for cooking for the whole group. Loved the amount of bathrooms and the additional common space downstairs for spreading out, more games, etc. House is in a great location for visiting the area and the neighborhood amenities were great. We took advantage of them daily, including pool, gym and trails. Host was responsive when I had a question. Would definitely recommend and come back.

We had such a great weekend staying at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and had a cozy, welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. The layout made it easy for everyone to relax and spend time together, and the views were absolutely beautiful.The kitchen had all the basic cookware we needed, though be aware you’ll want to bring your own cooking essentials like oil, spices, and seasonings. Still, it was perfect for making big group meals and had plenty of space to spread out.Check-in was easy, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. Overall, it was a peaceful, scenic getaway spot and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a mountain retreat that feels like home!

Awesome house! Lovely views! My only recommendation is that there be a TV added to the basement. We could have split up the kids a little more.

The property was beautiful!! Even the community center was well kept. It was great for our group of 10. Everyone had plenty of space. The house itself brings so much natural light with spacious windows, giving beautiful views of the surrounding areas. All the appliances and kitchen equipment was top tier. They really do have everything for you. Had a small issue checking in; the battery of the front door stopped working (probably due to the cold), but we were still able to get in after a few hours. Other than that, I really do recommend this stay! Would definitely rebook them again for another ski trip!!

We spent a great time at this house! It was clean and very spacious. However, it lacks some of the basic items, such as snow shovels. We could not use any of the exterior house amenities due to the piled snow. The house also had a snow blower, but it did not work during our stay.We enjoyed our time. A few improvements would make our stay esier. I recommend a booklet with instructions of how things work in the house and shovels available for cleaning the driveway and other exterior areas..Overall, good experience
