its an awesome house. Very one of a kind. located on over 200 private acres of conservation land and gated property. Thisn2 bedroom is settled on a private 20 acre lake in the Sautee Nacoochee Valley . Just a few minutes from Helen, and beautiful Lake Burton. ONE OF A KIND RENTAL. Please be cool I enjoy sharing this house with kind nice people. It’s not worth the hassle otherwise. A family of bald eagles fly and hunt the lake along with other rare wildlife. It’s a great spot.

Stayed Dec 21, 2025The view was spectacular! The host (Kord) was very nice. Pet-friendly. Our little pooch had plenty of land to run around on. Would recommend for a private little getaway!
