It is completed renovated. Back Casita has its own entrance off the driveway, and offers 1 bedroom, a kitchenette, a small washer/dryer. There is a kitchen table in the main living room. Cable TV, 1 bathroom and a small front courtyard.

Stayed Aug 14, 2025Great casita in a perfect location! Very easy walking distance to the Railyard and nearby restaurants. Gated patio area was perfect for my small dog. A plus for this casita was the air conditioning!

Stayed Jul 21, 2025This casita is perfect for a couple, esp. with a dog because there is a park just a block away. multiple restaurants in area and very quiet even though very close to a center.

Stayed Jul 4, 2025This house has not been cleaned at all. 4th of July, the cleaning crew didn't show up. I did get money back for cleaning myself. Furniture is way to big for living room.

Stayed May 16, 2023Loved our trip to Santa Fe. The Casita was exactly as advertised. Was a little worried with how close the casita was to the main house, but it was extremely quiet and private. It was close enough to easily get to the Square and the Railyard really is walking distance. Make certain you check out the Farmers and Artisans market on Saturdays.

Stayed Aug 2, 2022Casita was as advertised, and we enjoyed our stay. Compact, efficient, with nicely equipped kitchen & modernized bath. No dishwasher, but not a problem for us. Location near the Railyard is exactly what we were looking for. Bedroom was roomy and the ceiling fan kept it comfortable on warmer days. A little tight on closet space, but we made it work. This is a good place for 1 person or a couple. Would stay again!

Stayed Jun 2, 2022Great location. it was a pet friendly property and had a bad smell. When I pull out the couch to make it up as a bed it was filthy.
