The place is almost secluded and located close to the township so easy to walk or drive. Well equipped kitchen, good wi-fi, comfortable living room, etc.ONE MAJOR PROBLEM…The master bedroom has a king size FUTON MATRESS. Yes, really. Your body goes THUD when you lay on it. If you need a comfortable bed (gee, really?), use one of the smaller beds in the other bedrooms. So my wife and I slept in separate smaller beds.

House is nice. Very clean. A little tight in the bedrooms and second bathroom. Nice fire pit out back. Quiet dean end street. 1.5 miles to Craigville Beach.

The place is ideally situated on The Cape and sleeps a lot of people. The beds are very firm and the sofa and chairs have been sat on by many animals.

Family of 6 stayed for a long weekend for a family members memorial service. We were looking for a place in a good location with comfortable amenities. The home is well appointed and a good kitchen, bedroom and bathroom situation. The room with 2 sets of bunk beds was very helpful. I would, however, give the place 3.5 stars if I could based on the cleanliness. The surface level cleaning by the cleaning company was good. But the home is in need of deep cleaning to get rid of grime on cabinets, drawers, tables, couches, chairs. The bed pillows are stained. The coffee maker was quite dirty so we went out for coffee each morning. The toaster did not work. It is obvious this is a new rental because the cabinets were filled with half opened pantry items that feel odd for a rental unit. My suggestion for homeowners is to replace the couch and chair in the living room that are well worn, no springs, and have dirt stains. We covered the couch with beach towels when watching TV. Had we been staying there for a week I think I would have been more bothered but given it was for a long weekend we let it go. The location is very good — close to Craigsville Beach and overall nice neighborhood. The place has very good potential if the homeowners put some investment in updating and more thorough cleaning / clearing out of items they keep for their own personal use.

Four women in their 50s and we had a great time. This location was good to explore all of the Cape by car. The port in Hyannis is very close for ferries to MV and Nantucket. The house is as advertised. Whole Foods a couple miles away for groceries.
