Private Boat Dock: Troutman Home on the Water!

The location on the lake is amazing and the property is very spacious and accommodating. Chad was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

This place was a wonderful stay. It had everything we needed. The highlights were that I got to lay in the hammock, my bed was more than comfortable and I got footage of the lake. Host was very responsive to any texts. The only suggestion I have, is that the cleaning could be tighter. A lot of spider webs inside the house and outside on the patios. My family member would not sleep in the basement because they are really afraid of spiders. Some other places were missed but it wasn’t overwhelming where I couldn’t enjoy my vacation. The bed sheets were clean and so were the bathrooms which I loved! Both kitchens were really clean and easy to find things. Pretty much, everything was perfect. My family member left something at the property and the host mailed it to them immediately! That was greatly appreciated. Would definitely come back!

Very clean and nice location on the lake and really nice and friendly neighbors and an out standing host . He checked on us to make we had what we needed and even personally met us one on one whick was really nice to be able to put a face with the person instead of on the phone

We had such a lovely time spending the week with extended family at Chad’s lake home. It was a wonderful house, lots of room, super clean and well stocked. Chad was so easy to work with and responded immediately to any communications. You can tell that he wants you to enjoy spending time at his house. We rented a pontoon boat during our week and thoroughly enjoyed tubing, exploring and swimming in Lake Norman. We also had fun paddling around in the home’s two kayaks. The house is in a very quiet area but accessible to grocery stores and restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Couldn’t recommend this vacation house more highly! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Lake Norman Sprint Triathlon is in state park, house is right by entrance. Easy, great weekend.

Chad was awesome with communication and the house was spectacular. Definitely recommend for any peaceful getaway.

House was set up perfectly for our overflow family to stay nearby for Thanksgiving. Highly recommend.
