Private BNB on 5 quiet acres

Wonderful large suite that included everything we needed for a 1 week stay. Tom was responsive, contacting us in advance with detailed instructions on accessing the property and what to expect. Very pleasant outside area to sit for an early AM cup of coffee. The unit was spotless and well stocked with towels and soap/shampoos. Very much appreciated the attention to small details as well. All the properties are on 5 acre lots so no close neighbors very safe area beautifully manicured yard very relaxing feel.

Quiet, peaceful, updated accommodations, plenty of soft towels, secure area, welcoming host, a place to unwind and relax after a long day.

Tom and Joann are great hosts! I came in pretty late from a flight and he had the Apartment heated up for me since it was cold outside. Gave simple and clear instructions on how to get to the property and where to park. The apartments was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. He made sure to check in with me to see how I was enjoying my stay and ask if there was anything extra I needed They also have 2 super friendly dogs, which I’m a huge dog person so that’s a major plus! I will definitely be staying here again multiple times in the future!!

Our stay here was wonderful! Super clean and modern, stocked with all the essentials, host communication was excellent, beautiful property, conveniently located close to town. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

This place I would highly recommend. It is just beautiful, two of my sisters and I were very comfortable here. Tom and Joann are so nice and easy to work with. We especially loved the space out side, where we were able to rest after a day of sightseeing. It is so quiet there, a person could actually rest their mind on that patio. I would definitely stay again.

The room was exceptionally clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. There were sweet surprises of chocolate kisses, chips, cold water in the 'fridge and even books to read, movies, a puzzle and a huge collection of The Far Side cartoons.Lovely place. 'Very attentive host. Electronics hookups in all sizes.

Lovely quiet setting. Friendly, accommodating hosts. The only thing the host might consider is changing out the couch for a couple of recliners. Just our preference if spending much time watching TV.

This studio near Rathdrum, ID was a perfect stop along our roadtrip. Tom was an excellent host making us feel right at home! The studio is beautiful and clean and includes everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The secluded, woodsy setting was perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was close enough to various points of interest yet far enough away to really enjoy nature. We hope to make it back here again!!

It was a perfect quiet little getaway that we needed with no complaints. Everything was accommodating. Not far from town either which is a huge plus. We will be visiting again.

We came to Rathdrum for family Thanksgiving & this sweet unit was perfect for four of us. Our kids said the sleeper sofa was comfortable. The host is incredibly welcoming & has great communication. The unit is wonderfully stocked & decorated & ready to go! We will be back!

Loved this property in quiet secluded area. The host, Tom, was great. We had questions about the area and he was very knowledgable. The room was clean, warm and had everything we needed. When we arrived Tom had the heat on and ready for us. This was a great place for us to use as a base for our activities. We’d love to stay here again Tom.

In town for a wedding and communication with Tom was excellent both before and during our stay. He kept me updated on the status of my options for arrival day. During the stay he quickly resolved a couple of minor things. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the neighborhood.

We stayed for 5 days at Tom’s amazing place! Super close to silverwood, restaurants, CDA, and plenty of fun. Very clean, friendly host, and a beautiful spot just out side of the hustle and bustle of town.
