It offers the perfect Florida Gulf Coast balance: the front porch provides a front-row seat to some of the most breathtaking sunsets I’ve ever seen, while the back door leads you straight to the water. Having a boat ready to go made exploring the surrounding islands and the best of Southwest Florida effortless. If you’re looking for a seamless blend of relaxation and adventure, you couldn’t ask for a better home base.

They have amenities that are not required from beach bikes to extra household supplies etc.. We had a fabulous Thanksgiving. Many great memories made with our family. Stayed May 7, 2025The property is great, and Lionel made the logistics manageable. He helped ensure we packed properly and felt comfortable while on the island. You’re isolated once you’re there, which is exactly why you would book this place. He takes great care of the property, and the home is well stocked with items for cooking and your days on the beach. They’ve got ample fridge and freeze space, beach chairs and games, and just about anything you’d need to make your stay enjoyable. They were great!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024This house was truly amazing!! We had the best vacation with our entire family of 11 and had the best time. The house was stocked with everything you can imagine and all the beach equipment to keep the family entertained for days. We boated, rode beach bikes, floated on the Bote floats, grilled out, played cornhole, and so much more. The ice maker and the new screens to keep bugs out of the deck were a complete game changer!! This is our second time staying at one of Lionel’s properties and it definitely will not be the last! Can’t say enough good things about it!
