The bedroom with the bunk and trundle need addressing:1: I left a message for a call back but didnt realize email was sent. Better communications are needed. 2: Maintenance had to becalled to adjust the air flow. Freezing in some bedrooms hot in others. 3: Hall bathtub drain was backing up maintenance repaired. 4: Trundlebed inoperable probably still is. Had to remove top mattress of bunk and put on floor.

This place was amazing! We planned our family vacation here and there is so much to do for everyone (sand volleyball, kayaking, swimming, hot tub, tv outside). We were able to walk to so many places. I can’t express enough how much we all enjoyed staying here. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

This home was exactly as presented on VRBO. We appreciated the three king rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The room with the trundle bed was perfect for the three year old. The house had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time in the pool. The large ledge was very nice for the three year old in our group to play on until she was comfortable enough to go into the water with us. There were many pool and sand toys available for our use. We had a couple of minor issues that were quickly resolved by our liaison. Next time we return to the area, we’ll be sure to book this home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

This was an amazing house with a great layout for our multiple family vacation. The house has 3 awesome master suites, all situated at different sides of the house. The house was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was a great hit with the kids (and adults). The location was very safe and was conveniently located to a Publix for any grocery needs. The communication was outstanding with the rental manager and we would definitely stay here again.

House was fantastic! Easy check in process, very clean and excellent amenities! Would definitely recommend staying at this house for a family or multiple guests. Nice layout and a bathroom for every bedroom. Pool exceeded expectations. Never realized how awesome a salt water pool was until staying at this house. No chlorine smell and our kids didnt have red or irritated eyes. Highly recommend.

We could not have been happier. We loved the location, layout, outside space, and cleanliness. Communication with rental company was great. Location - near grocery and restaurants in walking distance. Eat at Blue Dog on Matlacha - great food. Outside- Pool, hot tub, volleyball, kayaking and sunrises coffee. Inside- Master for everyone. We had two adult kids with partners and this was wonderful. And no fighting over the best master as they were all fantastic. Only very tiny thing was the ceiling fans would not run without the lights on. But the house has air conditioning so not a real issue. WIFI was spotty but my husband should not be working anyway so not a problem for me. We would rent again in a heartbeat!

Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of space, (there were 8 adults,4 kids) Publix and liquor store, restaurants, attractions, beaches and shopping close by. Very quiet neighborhood.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our 2 families to stay for a week. We spent countless hours enjoying the pool. We loved having bathrooms with each bedroom. The location was close to Publix and we cooked many meals at the house. The kitchen was mostly well stocked for all our needs. I would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Cape Coral area!
