The fully equipped kitchen with tile backsplash, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances is ideal for brewing the morning coffee, packing a picnic lunch for the beach, or preparing a delectable meal to enjoy indoors or out! Off the kitchen is the dining area and living room with ample space to get comfy. Enjoy Lowcountry outdoor living on the private back patio that is accessed off the living room.     The condo was very clean. Walking distance to the beach access, which was nice. Really roomy and had all things in the kitchen needed to prepare our meals. We would stay here again!

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location within Shipyard. Unit was close to Shipmaster community pool and a short walk/bike ride to the beach. Coligny Beach area was easily accessible by bike or car.The unit was clean, well supplied and had plenty of space for 6 adults. It has been nicely updated and the new kitchen appliances along with the outdoor grill made it easy to cook and enjoy meals. The dining area seats 6 comfortably.While there is a large outdoor table, we did not use it because there is no patio area and the table and chairs sit (somewhat unevenly) in the dirt. With summer bugs we chose to avoid it. It would be great if there was a designated patio large enough to hold outdoor furniture. This however did not deter us from enjoying our stay.This is our second year renting a Host2Coast property. Upon arrival you will find a welcome note, goody bag, including a beach tote and beach towels are provided during your stay. What a nice touch to welcome you to your vacation house. Highly recommend this rental company. Thank you Host2Coast, we will be back next summer!

    This unit was a great place to stay for our family! We were a group of 5 adults. The location in Shipyard was great. You are able to walk or bike to the beach or Coligny, but it was nice and quiet right by our unit. The kitchen was outfitted with essentials and they even included some laundry and dishwashing pods. The backyard was used for coffee in the morning while watching golfers go by, grilling for lunches and dinner, and playing cards at the table at night. The rooms were all very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again!

    This is the sixth time we have stayed at Shipyard! This villa didn’t disappoint. It was perfect, especially the two king bed suites. All the essentials are there. The beds are comfortable. Furnishings are simple, but serve the purpose. Would definitely recommend!

    Staying in Shipyard is always nice and relaxing. We enjoyed our time with this property. It had everything we needed and was nice and relaxing. Recommend.

    This property is in a great location, fit 8 people sleeping comfortably. There were only the 6 chairs inside though for dining and it made it difficult for dinners all together. The kitchen could also use more pots and pans and be better stocked. The door to the laundry room doesn’t close (blocked by washer) and we did laundry in the evenings which made it loud downstairs. The place could also use a good spraying for bugs, but that’s a typical issue we’ve had in the area this time of year. All of this said I would rent again maybe with less people. They have done a good job with the renovation and it was in a quiet part of the neighborhood. It was an easy bike ride as well. They accommodated us early and were easy to deal with.
