Stayed Apr 27, 2026Great property with plenty to occupy our grandkids. Outdoor space is exceptional. While there could have been clearer communication about check in (VRBO sent a different set of check-in instructions than the host), we had a great stay.

Stayed Apr 16, 2026We had a wonderful stay here! Very clean and the backyard was truly a gem! Everything was comfortable and welcoming. We hope to stay here again when we are in Las Cruces. Everardo was great and was quick to respond and gelp if we had any questions.

Stayed Mar 23, 2026This property was perfect for our trip! It was clean and well appointed. We had three teens with us who loved how much there was to do - the pool, volleyball court, corn hole, ping pong table, and games. The back yard and views and simply beautiful! I would definitely stay here again should I ever take another trip down this way.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025This place was absolutely amazing and everything we needed in our stay. The view from the driveway and the back yard is gorgeous - the amenities were amazing from the pool, the to heat lamps in the bathrooms, and all of the games.
