Private Beach Pool Home

Normally, when we came to Florida, we stayed in a hotel which was nice but was sometimes difficult due to traveling with our two dogs. I was on the lookout when I discover this gem of a home. It is perfectly located near the beach and restaurants. And best of all, it is pet friendly. Our stay was so enjoyable and we didn’t want to leave!!The host was remarkable! If we needed anything, he was always just around the corner. I would highly recommended this beautiful beach home for your next relaxing vacation. It is everything the ad says it is and more.

My family and I stayed for the month of July. I’ve always wanted to stay at a summer house and the Coronado.lived up to my expectations. What put this rental over the top was the backyard. The pool, hot tub and fire pit make all the difference in your beach experience. There’s nothing better then coming home after a hot day at the beach, jumping in the refreshing pool and cooking out on the grill. Or having your morning cup of coffee in a rocking chair on the lanai enjoying the pool and tropical landscape. The beach is a short walk (maybe 3 mins) across the street to the 27th Ave ramp. We had a beach pass so we parked on the beach everyday but walked back and forth to the house with ease. The house itself was well maintained and spacious. The beds were comfortable, easy to fit 6. Smart TVs in every room to log into your own streaming apps plus regular cable. The bathroom was beautifully remodeled with a huge double shower and vessel bowl vanity. Lots of space for toiletries. Also has second door to serve as pool bath. The kitchen had everything we needed. We even had all the tools to bake a cake for my daughter’s birthday. The owner was always available to answer questions or stop by if we needed assistance. We brought our dog with us and he enjoyed the fenced in yard and terrazzo floors. I searched all the listings in New Smyrna and this home is by far the best choice and best value. I highly recommend The Coronado at New Smyrna. You won’t be disappointed.

We greatly enjoyed the visit and found the home to be what we wanted. Jimmy was a very friendly host and treated us very well. We were pleased.
