Private Beach & Pier on Lake Como, 5 mins to downtown LG - Walk to Mars Resort!

Everything was perfect!

Great location, nicely appointed, pleasant decor, very comfortable!

The house was beautiful & so spacious! Perfectly set up for a large group to be together or plenty of room for privacy as well.

My wife and our 4 children and spouses, and 7 grandchildren stayed and had a wonderful time. We were able to play football in the front yard, and played a number of board games in side. The grandkids wanted a Texas Holdem Tournament, the 8 year old was the final survivor, and is looking forward to next years match. We easily fit on the large table in the great room.

This lake house was the perfect setting for our siblings' holiday get-together. The beautiful lake views and spacious layout gave our group of nine plenty of room to relax, unwind, and truly enjoy time together.We loved watching local kids ice skate on the lake and spotting ice fishing nearby; it felt like something straight out of a winter postcard. We also drove into town to visit the museum for the Christmas tree parade and enjoyed strolling along Main Street for a little holiday shopping.The house was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.It was a warm, memorable stay, and we can’t wait to come back again. P.S. Many thanks to the snowplow driver who cleared the driveway and the person who took the trash cans to the curb. We didn’t realize we’d have that extra help, and it was truly appreciated. Once again, this beautiful home has everything you need.

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as good as our first experience. Well-equipped and clean property with a beautiful view of the lake. Great location to Mars Supper Club and downtown Lake Geneva. Excellent communication with host. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning and beautiful home. Everything you need is in this house and it feels like a home away from home. Great communication with the property manager and you are close to anything that you need. It’s the perfect getaway.

This property was perfect for our group, including 6 children under the age of 9. There was plenty of open space and enough bedrooms to fit everyone more than comfortably. The kids spent a lot of time playing in the third floor playroom and downstairs with the shuffleboard table. The hosts, Ali and Wendy, responded very quickly to all of our dumb questions. lol. We’re planning on staying again next year. I don’t think there’s a better place!

House was in perfect condition and you can’t beat the location. We will book this one again for sure! Highly recommend.

Comfortable arrangements for a group, convenient location, roomy gathering spaces. Prompt response from the hosts when the kitchen freezer drawer stuck. They even replaced the melted half gallon tub of ice cream!

Great. Everyone loved the property, the location. Having Mars Resort nearly next door was fun -- adding a great vibe. We all enjoyed beautiful Lake Como. This location is also super close to Geneva Lake.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! We did a big family reunion with several adults, kids, and babies, and the space was perfect for it. The kids loved the play room upstairs, and the adults loved that they had a place to go be loud :) It was also perfect for babies, as we could enjoy the backyard and lake while they slept safely inside. Amazing stay!

Great for our four families/ three generations.Excellent response from property mgr to any queries. No real problems.Lake Como is a nice, relatively quiet lake.

We had a fantastic stay on Lake Como! There were 16 of us and plenty of space/sleeping arrangements to choose from. The house was supplied with everything we could possibly need, including an ample supply of garbage bags, detergents, kitchen utensils/plates, etc. The location was great. Lake Como was more calm than Lake Geneva and we dropped in our boat for the week with no issues. The Mars resort had a great fish fry on Weds & Fri which we could walk to. The property was well-maintained and included many outdoor items such as beach toys & floats. The host was friendly & had good communication when messaged. We would definitely stay here again!

Eight family members all over 60 spent 5 nights and enjoyed the roominess, dining and cooking facilities. Used only the 2nd and 3rd floors.Especially enjoyed sunsets from the deck and a couple of quick meals at Mars.

The house was beautiful as was the location. Ali was a pleasure to deal with and her instructions were superb. Her response to questions was timely. We all enjoyed staying there and would be happy to return in the future.

This house is quite cozy, great location situated right on the lake front. Please see list below for opportunities for improvement:Smoke detector- battery missing from one of the smoke detectors, there was also chirping during the middle of the night so there are others that needs to a replaced at the least.Bathrooms- disappointed in how dingy with some areas of the bathrooms were before use, along with mold in the showersBathroom overflowing- please set up the guest for success. Advise having a posted protocol and a heads up of plumbing issuesOn arrival, the floors looked dingy even before settling in. The floors and carpets need a deep cleaning throughout the house, you can see dust bunny in the nooks and corners of some of the rooms. The kids pants’ developed dark circles from kneeling / sitting on the carpets. Ensure ALL the rooms have extra comforters The mattresses in some of the beds on the second floors need to be replaced. My boys reports the beds in the main floor are comfortable. The dishwashers has a strange order when you open it after it completes its cleaning. It might need a deep cleaning, it smells like old mold. Again, the house is nice and the location is stupendous. My family hopes this is helpful feedback, our intentions is to help you improve the the experience for future guests.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Lake House. It was very big, beautiful and clean. I have stayed at several vacation homes and this was the best appointed house I have ever stayed in. We didn’t need to bring anything but our food and drinks. Lots of games to play, plenty of TP and towels. The rooms were all spacious. There were 10 of us, all women, and plenty of space to be together and room enough to be alone if you wished.

We were in Lake Geneva with a large group for a wedding. Location and view were amazing! House was very spacious both inside and out - enjoyed the beautiful fall weather! There was an issue with the AC when we arrived but the property manager sentsent someone

Amazing location! On the water, walkable to brunch spot and a great local supper club/tiki bar! Great amenities, comfy beds beautiful outside hangout options.
