This was our 2nd time staying here. We loved it! It’s a beautiful house, all of the amenities, and beautifully decorated! The host Adam is very responsive! thank you Adam!

We had a great time. The house was so nice and well equipped with all the things to make our vacation more relaxing. The view from the master bedroom was amazing! We grilled at home some nights and mornings with the incredible view of the pond, which was so beautiful. We also made smores around the fire pit. The home was also conveniently located, and easy drive to several beaches, the grocery store and to the town of Chatham, which was so cute! The view of the pond from the property is so beautifuThe kayak and the canoe were so fun too!! My family loved it!

We loved our stay! The house is close to town and located on a dreamy pond that was perfect for kayaking and canoeing. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely home — spacious, well-equipped, comfortable furniture and beds. Enjoyed the outdoor deck with view of the water and kayak/canoe on the premises. Perfect choice to gather as a family for the week. We were sad to leave!

Had a great time staying at this residence in Chatham! Beautiful home, spacious for the whole family, all the essentials for a family staying with kids and great location! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Cape Cod and stay in Chatham!

Gorgeous view of the pond. So bright and open inside with comfortable beds. Took the canoe out with the kids and they loved it.

The house is well appointed with comfy beds, beautiful views. We took long canoe rides, easy to go downtown for shopping, and great location for exploring the Cape Cod beaches. Super host came by to bring extra laundry detergent and left us a lovely gift basket, complete with a nice bottle of wine. Would definitely stay here again

We visited shortly before July 4th as a family of five with high school and college aged kids. We are first timers on the Cape, visiting from California. We all loved the central location and the peaceful setting on the lake. Kayaks and canoes were a nice perk as was the private pond.Communication was great with host Adam from the time we booked, and we appreciated the food and activity recommendations. House was well stocked with everything we could have wanted for our vacation, including board games, beach chairs, and a good selection of spices for cooking. We all wished we could stay longer, but sadly, we could not. Would definitely stay here again if we return to New England.

Our family was here for a week and enjoyed every minute. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. Our kids are good swimmers and having the pond in the back yard with a kayak, paddle board, and canoe was the perfect touch. The hosts provided quite a bit ( cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent) which made our stay even better! There were a few beach chairs and a beach bag that came in handy. Not really any games or toys if you have little ones. Also, if you prefer firm beds this is your dream stay. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower, although the latch needs a little work. The showers indoors have very light water pressure and the outdoor shower has stronger pressure. The location is the perfect spot between Chatham and Harwich!

Great Location with beautiful view of the pond, very private, cozy house, well maintained.

Very nice and quaint house with an awesome lake view. It has everything you need. Canoe and kayak for the lake, nice grill with all the grilling utensils. Kitchen has all pots, pans, plates, etc…. An ice chest is on hand for to take to the beach. Short easy drive to downtown Chatham and the beach. Highly recommend this house. It was perfect for our trip.

Adam’s place was even better than the photos and was the perfect place to stay for our long weekend on Cape Cod! The house had everything we needed over the weekend and more. The view of the pond was beautiful and our group loved the option of taking out the paddle board or kayak for some time on the water. Adam was extremely accommodating and responded very quickly. I highly recommend that this place and hope to stay here again for my next trip to the Cape!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Adam’s home. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve had in our many rentals. The home is centrally located and near several beaches. We loved the view of the pond and took advantage of the equipment offered. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor shower was enjoyable. Adam was exceptionally attentive to questions. My family and I had a great time at Adam’s house! We enjoyed paddle boarding out onto the pond, sitting by the campfire, and utilizing the grill to cook. The location was very convenient to pop into the center of Chatham or get to a nearby beach. We would certainly stay again!

We had planned on exploring the pond with the kayak and canoe provided, but it was too rainy, and we were occupied with events for a family wedding. We would stay there again! thank you so much.

Adam was the perfect host! After a very long drive from the airport we arrived and were so happy to see a bottle of wine and a bag of Cape Cod chips waiting for us. The home was just as promised in the pictures and descriptions and we truly enjoyed our time. My only caution is there isn’t a bedroom on the main floor so it will be a challenge if you have any mobility issues.
