Private Beach House w/ 177' Sandy Beach, Luxury Kitchen & Endless Views!

Total of 7 people stayed, but family stopped by in addition to them one Saturday. We had a to drive 15 minutes away to park due to the strict parking rules. The neighbors called the property owners and lied and said we had 20 people there and 9 cars. We did have Instacart delivery of groceries and a few people visit.We were a quite group but the property manager had to come get a head count and called me but I didn't answer right away because I'm on the beach and I can't hear my phone. I felt really disappointed by getting in trouble. Such a strange feeling to get interrogated for a few visitors. It was the afternoon and we were not even playing music just talking but no more then 12 total are allowed to be there. We had 15 because of family stopping by for a few hours.overall I took it well but it was dramatic. I felt very unwelcome. I get that you can't have an event, but do not have anyone stop by. I even told them ahead of time I am having people stop by but they aren't staying the night. The place was nice. I saw a fuzzy gray mouse on the stairs and the place has a ton fruit flys. But it has God like sunsets and tasteful decore.

Beautiful home, property, and beach. We had a wonderful weekend. Everything was clean and well equipped. The beach was stunning and quiet. There were a ton of stairs (85!) to get to the beach, which wasn’t a problem for our group, but is helpful to know. We loved the screened in porch, the kitchen was great for cooking, and the bunk room was perfect for the kids. Two primary suites made it comfortable for two families traveling together.

This was an amazing vacation! The house was a blessing. Very clean and website didn't disappoint. We'll be staying there again hopefully in the future. Thanks for a wonderful time.

We arrived to a gated community home and that was reassuring! The home itself was incredibly clean and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed! Bring your own beach towels. For our active family, the amount of stairs indoors and out was just fine, but it might be too much for someone with mobility issues. Most of our time we had the beach mostly to ourselves and enjoyed long walks searching for beach glass and rocks. Swimming was enjoyable and the water is a great depth for children. We spent a day in south haven, which is a very cute town with plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy! The last day there was a renter right next to us who was smoking on their patio and beach so that took some enjoyment away, but not too much. The house next door seems to be a rental as well so you will have some neighbors, but the deck has nice privacy and you feel secluded amongst the trees. We had wished our stay could be extended, which is the sign of a great vacay! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone who is ok with a little exercise to and from the beach. The home and views are lovely!
