The kitchen was well-supplied. Very clean. Washer, dryer, elevator were all in good order. The owner was very pleasant and responsive. The location was great. Relaxing decks. Comfortable beds. Loved the outdoor shower. We had a great time. As anything close to the ocean does, the exterior of the house is beginning to show some wear. Salt air beats everything up...it's part of the ambiance.

House was clean, perfect for our visit to the coast. Some areas could use a little repair but nothing by that comprised us being able to enjoy our time there. Close walk to the beach and had everything we needed. Closet full of “beachy” things saved us from having to haul a bunch or spend a lot of money. Would stay again!

Outside needed work. Master bedroom had leak in ceiling around light. Good selection of water toys and wagons.

Great location. Traffic on this part of West Beach Blvd is light, so walking across to access the beach is safe and easy. Bre was readily available was very patient with me, as I am a low tech sort of guy! Furnishings in house were nice. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The elevator was a great ammenity for moving heavy boxes up during our arrival and sadly, down for our departure. We had brought our own floats, chairs, and umbrellas, but had we forgotten them, there were plenty of each provided for our use. All enjoyed our stay and are excited for our return.

This house was Great for Our Crew, Host Bre was available at any time I had a question. We slept on the second floor and couldn’t hear a thing. Silence was nice. Beach was perfect. & The pool is close and used by our group. Guys did a little fishing too. Yes we would rent this house Again.

The house was perfect for our large family, plenty of room for everyone. The kids took advantage of the pool. So close to the beach without that hefty beach price. Check in and out was a breeze so that we can enjoy our vacation.

It is pet friendly, there is an elevator, it is a short walk to the beach, and a nice walk to the pool then to the dock bayside. Bre answered my questions. We did discuss her cleaning service was not cleaning it as well as they should be, there was sand on the bedroom floors, and the floors in general wernt cleabed well. However there were plenty of clean towels, bedding was clean, and fresh. There were 6 of us. We enjoyed it.

Great location

This was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet retreat. The host always responded when I messaged her and it was pet friendly (we also used our kennels when we were out to ensure no accidents). Very close walk to the beach. We had to cross the road to get to beach access, but it is not a busy highway. There are obvious wear and tears to the house (which is to be expected if you rent out to others- also the cleaning crew could step up their efforts as we had to clean up stuff that should have been done by them the day we checked-in) but nothing that would inhibit a stay. We had a lot of space for our crew of 9. We truly enjoyed the stay and would 100% stay there again.

For me the host was ALWAYS available. We had a few things that needed to be fixed and she had a wonderful handyman named Mickey with bright blue truck. He did a great job. The house was wonderful, the elevator worked with no problems and was a God send. Very roomy!! There was one thing we were not happy with, the cleaning person needs to be replaced!! Host was o.k. but not so readily available when we first arrived and had questions. Good accommodations for our family size(8). Nice view and close to beach, good locations and elevator for our older family members

The host responded promptly. Cleaning was poor. Refrigerators had not been wiped out. Kitchen countertops were dirty. Perfect location. Minor maintenance issues needing taken care of. Carpet is terrible very dirty.

Amazing! Huge home with large “everything you need and more” kitchen ready to cook for a big group. Fancy washer/dryer. All electronics and WiFi perfect. HVAC works great. Panoramic views from top decks. Shade on two lower decks and underneath. Small cooled garage for easy unloading, with second refrigerator. Elevator that serves as dumbwaiter or wheelchair access. Beach access, pool, and also pier with shaded gazebo on lagoon. Carpeted stairs, good for older dog, there were even some doggie gates in the closet. Our favorite of five rentals in Gulf Shores this year. Bre was attentive, helpful and kind. We will rent this unit again!

Location was great! Loved having an elevator for luggage! Backs were saved! Owner promptly responded to texts. Two of the five beds were good. Keys did not unlock the gate to the pool and fishing pier however. Having the beach toys and umbrellas were awesome! My grandchildren loved it! The property is well stocked and supplied for beach stays!

This home is lovely and checked all the boxes for our family vacation. Being pet friendly, location to the beach, pool and elevator made it perfect for our family. The host was readily available for any questions.

The elevator was the gold star of our vacation and made all the difference with aging parents with low mobility. The communication wasn’t timely. Amenities were in disrepair and unusable. And while I expect to bring many things to a vacation, batteries for the remote and toilet paper are not on my list.

Very good location. Close to many restaurants activities. The only downside was the whirlpool was inoperative. Was looking forward to using it for my husband's back. But overall enjoyed visit.

We all enjoyed our stay. The house was big enough for everyone without feeling cramped. Great location and easy beach access. Looking forward to my next visit!

We loved the location and how much space we all had in the house. The private beach area and access were very convenient! The pool was easily accessible and clean. The owner was quick to respond which was nice. The house definitely is not deep cleaned so don't be surprised at the crumbs and such in cabinets and drawers, but the owner does specify it's not deep cleaned. The overall condition of the house needs some repairs, but this didn't hinder our stay. The comments about the window in the upstairs bathroom being taped around is accurate and the bed off of the kitchen we found out wasn't very sturdy, but again the owner took care of that issue as quickly as she could when it broke. I did expect the house to be in a little better condition based on the pictures and price we paid, but it definitely needed some TLC. Again we loved the location and nothing hindered our stay with the condition of the house, we just were a little surprised.

We had a fantastic time staying at Bre's house. She is a great host and everything was as described. Awesome location and the home has everything you need. We will definitely be coming back again.

It was a good vacation and the home was in a good location, but the home is in need of quite a bit of repairs. Multiple windows have duct tape on them. Several the ceiling fans do not work. You can tell in a lot hotter environment maybe during the summer, the air condition will struggle Lotta maintenance issues on the outside of the house.

Size was just big enough for the 9 of us. Great location and view of the beach.We had a great time with the family.

There were several things that were not as advertised. I found working with the homeowner was nearly impossible. I don’t know how you verify the condition the homes you promote, but I’m sure I’ll never do another VRBO.

We had a very nice stay. House is well appointed. Kitchen has all the need items. Deck on top level needs some attention, some rotting wood. Numerous lights out throughout the home, especially on the outside. Bre was very communicative. Our dog had a blast as did we.

My husband, daughter and her husband and 2 grandsons, one with his fiancé were in the house and there was plenty of room for us all. My husband uses a wheelchair and the elevator made our stay very easy with him. The beach access was great, just cross the road and you were there. Thank you Bre for allowing us to stay in your home. It made our Thanksgiving a special time.

Current Situation was perfect for our needs. Bre was responsive and despite a hiccup with the oven, the place was really nice. Easy check in and check out. The house is right across the street and up a boardwalk onto the beach.

We had a fabulous time in this house and the location was absolutely perfection! Communication with Bre was great and she was extremely responsive! I highly recommend for families looking for something at a reasonable price with great proximity to the beach! Thanks so much!
