Nice having two separate units that still felt very much connected was perfect. The outdoor space is awesome as well!

Nice house, quiet and well maintained.

Extremely friendly and communicative host. Family was visiting from out of the country and it was basically perfect to accommodate 4 couples. Loved how it was two stories with two kitchens. Especially loved the outdoor firepit (firewood provided wow), string lights, and quiet/safe neighborhood. Grill was a bit dirty and there was no more aluminum foil so we had to go out and buy but wasn't a dealbreaker in any way. Would choose to stay here again if the opportunity presented itself 5/5.

We enjoyed our quick family vacation here! Home is clean, comfortable and centrally located to beaches, restaurants, fishing and stores. Tyler was quick to respond with inquiries, check in/out were very easy. Would recommend and stay here again!

Great Little Beach house just under a mile from private beach. Spacious with two levels, fire pit and private backyard. Great residential neighborhood.

Fun house to stay, great area for kids. House is in need of some updating: bathrooms are dated, and the beds/mattresses are squeaky and not supportive. Had some trouble locating beach access -- too far to walk with kids and seems no way to park there. Had some difficulty getting timely responses from the host. Also, a little odd that no propane is provided for the outdoor grill. Nobody is going to fill up a tank and leave it for others -- as a result we didn't get to grill the one night we had planned to eat at the house. Overall we had a great time and the kids had a blast.

Came to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. Highly recommend!

Great home! Felt so cozy

We had a birthday party for my 14 year old daughter and it went very well. The girls had a great time.

Perfect for a one night stay in Narragansett. Host is awesome and great with accommodations. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very response and quick to resolve an issue we had quickly (battery died in the downstairs thermostat) they had someone drop off batteries the same day. The rooms and home was very clean. The home was stocked with everything we needed. There is some water/moisture intrusion repairs needed to areas in the bathroom. My only item I didn’t realize is the units are not connected by a stairwell inside-the only stairwells are on the exterior of the home (posting did say 2 separate units but my fault for thinking otherwise and not inquiring) -and while we were there sadly there was a lot of rain and cold temperatures.

Overall, I will give this spot 4/5 only because it could use a little TLC but, it is all minor! The yard is super quant and cozy. My wife and I used this spot for our small elopement. We had just around 25 people at the ceremony, food was catered in. The spot was just the perfect size for an event like this! The beach is a 5 minute drive over.

This property has two separate units and plenty of outdoor space for people to relax together. Some aspects are dated, but it worked fine for our short weekend trip to the Newport area. We enjoyed spending time together by the fire pit, going to the beach, and visiting Newport.

Good stay some things were broken and the house didnt seem well cleaner

A group of friends and I stayed at Tyler’s place for a weekend. The house very clean and has a very stocked kitchen ready to cook in. There was more than enough room for 8 of us. The distance to Newport was very convenient for going to and from a weekend of wedding events. We would absolutely stay at Tyler’s place again. Thank you!

We had a family of 10 stay at the house. 3 young children 10, 7, 4. Great outdoor space for the kids. Didn't get to the beach, not walkable distance and no parking. So the drop off thing at the beach was not good for us. We would suggest updating beds. The two kitchens worked wonderful for us and the mini splits did their job during an extremely muggy week!

Great place to stay. Wonderful location. Owners were so easy to work with and very responsive. The two separate floors with their own kitchens ended up being great because my in-laws were able to have their own space. I would definitely recommend this and we would stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Narragansett.

Allagash Splash was a perfect property for a southern family staying in RI for a wedding in Newport. Also have family in Bonnet. Best part of the house is the yard - fire pit and cornhole were utilized a lot! Location was perfect. Highly recommend!
