This place is even nicer in person than in the listing photos. Spacious, thoughtfully set up, VERY clean. The pool and hot tub were immaculate, and the child-proof pool fence was great. These folks thought of everything: tons of dishes and pots and pans, pool toys, some fishing tackle, etc. I had a question and was delighted to have a real person answer my call and give me a friendly reply. This gorgeous place cost a fraction of what my group of 7 would have paid for a resort, and was way nicer. I'll opt for my own pool and hottub, any day of the week.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Villa Azurro. Couple of things could have made it better... mattresses are hard and low quality in all of the rooms, pillows are lackluster and could be replaced fairly inexpensively. We would have preferred being able to keep it a bit cooler than 74 and 79 as it was in the 90s most days but followed direction accordingly for the stay. There was a whole section of screen missing allowing birds to fly in making it a scene to try to remove them from the pool area(noted upon our arrival). Hot tub was difficult to keep warm but we managed. We loved the docking availability so that we could rent a boat, overall enjoyed the cleanliness of the property, proximity to the river and extras like large fridge, coolers, nice pool towels and pool toys/speakers. Appreciate the description meeting expectations as that is not always the case for VRBO. Overall happy with our experience but wanted to share some notes to the owners to make it that much better.

Guys trip for golf. Everything was first class, only issue was spa time to heat was 90-120 minutes, spa didn’t stay in heat mode every usage. Property was well located, near new with upscale finishes.Master suite enormous, remaining br relatively small

We had an amazing time at Villa Azurro in Cape Coral. The property management team was always readily available. The pool and attached hot tub was amazing. Would definitely stay again!

We planned a shirt trip with family visiting. The house was exactly what we expected. We had a wonderful visit sitting near the pool and on the dock. The kids enjoyed the game room. We would definitely go back to this location.

House is beautiful and loved the location. However, the high ceilings create an echo and it is hard to hear people at times. Pool, hot tub, dock area is great but there were a few things lacking. Mainly the grill - it is absolutely tiny and for such a beautiful house I would have expected a better/larger one. There was only one face cloth in the entire house and no pool towels. Kitchen wasn't as well appointed as it could have been.

This home in Cape Coral was lovely! The location was fantastic and the amenities were great for our family vacation! We spent many days by the pool, enjoying the warmth and sun! We did have a few issues during the stay that we reported to the property management company. First, the prior reviews are correct in that the beds within the home are very uncomfortable. We are average size people and upon laying on the beds, the beds squish down to about 2 inches thick. Every person in our group had restless nights sleep and woke with neck and back aches. The company has said that they replaced the mattresses, but we still feel that the mattresses are incredibly uncomfortable. Another major issue we had during our stay is that none of the windows in the bedrooms open. According to FL codes, the windows must allow at least 2 feet of clearance and escape must be operational from the inside without any tools. The windows here are all locked completely shut with either caulk or steel stays with screws which would allow a bedroom window to only open 2 inches. This is an extremely dangerous situation if a fire would occur and we didn't feel safe during our stay. A few other oddities from our stay. The master toilet doesn't have a handle to flush and is instead operated by fishing line and a zip tie. Another oddity is that the bedroom closets, and hallways have odd colored light bulbs (red and blue) that make it really hard to see things well. A normal color light bulb would be really appreciated as we had a hard time seeing given the odd light.

Rental was as advertised, and the coffee pot was promptly replaced when it didn’t work

Check in process was so easy. Property management was there to greet the first guests to arrive. Unfortunately, I was not the the person communicating with them. It would have been nice if communication was made with the person who the reservation was under. I feel everything would have ran smoother. The person in our group they were speaking to was a lot tougher than myself and I apologize for that. The toilet not working when we first arrived was a bummer but was resolved. The home has everything you will need for a great vacation.
