Stayed Oct 28, 2024My family had a great experience at this lovely home! Located a peaceful distance off the road, an easy walk to the beach, minutes from town. Perfect combination of privacy and access. I highly recommend this for any family looking for a Cape Cod getaway!

Stayed Nov 22, 2023The house was as advertised. Older decor, but everything we need it for a great Thanksgiving dinner with family.very private, and convenient to the beach. Only suggestion would be to get a real TV.

Stayed Aug 26, 2023This home gave us just what we wanted. It was relatively secluded and incredibly quiet. Easy walk to the beach. You can't tell from the website, but dogs aren't allowed on the beach during the summer - that would have been good to know - but it worked fine the way it was.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023Super easy rental process through VRBO/ Del Mar vacation rentals. Checkin was seamless, house was exactly as described, and had everything we needed! Private section of Nauset beach just at the end of the road! The only reason I didn’t rate this five stars is because the mosquitos were so bad in the yard we couldn’t spend anytime out there…we literally had to put shoes on right before going outside, and had to run out with the can of “OFF” at the ready - my daughter had so many bites that swelled up and needed Benadryl and cortisone cream. No bugs at the beach though, and there is a small screened in porch, so it did not detract from our overall enjoyment during our vacation. Would definitely recommend!! Just bring lots of bug spray!
