I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the nicest location we have ever stayed in on the Cape. Right on the beach, with a beautiful view and short steps to our own private beach. House was in very good shape, well stocked, clean. And Michelle was incredibly responsive to our needs.

We worked with Michelle Sylvia to rent the house and she was terrific! We found her and her team very easy to deal with and highly responsive. Since it wasn't in any of the pictures, we were surprised to find the property we rented was very close to the house next door and there was no fence or privacy screen between the properties. Other than that it was a picture perfect vacation at a dream location in a dream house! Thanks Michelle and team!
