Stayed Aug 3, 2025The three of us truly enjoyed our time at 16. Neighbors were friendly and helphul on where to dine affordably. Easy access to the private beach, which is a big plus. Pool swimmers were gone by 10pm. We recommend staying here.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025We loved our stay at Gulf Winds East. Quick communication with the host. The closest and easiest walk to the beach that we’ve ever had. The pool was always kept nice and clean. The other families at the condo were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025The property and condo were tidy and clean. Owners were very responsive. Felt like home away from home.The walk to the beach was easy. Took around a minute or so but very convenient. Loved the shelter right as you walked through the gate. Made for a great shaded relaxing point or just to sit and gaze at the beach. The pool was literally right outside your door. Would definitely recommend this property.
