Private and Immaculate East Hampton Home With Heated Pool

This home had everything we hoped for! We enjoyed a roaring fire in a lovely home in a beautiful spot!

We had a wonderful stay in September at this house. It is spacious, clean and very well equipped with every thing you need for a stay. The location is also great in a quiet road close by to restaurants and markets. We would love to return!

Very nice house and pool with everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. Check in and check out was easy. The homeowner leaves a lot of written directions/warnings around the house and communicates a lot beforehand which I understand is meant to be helpful, but can make you feel like you’re walking on eggshells a bit. That said, we had no issues during our stay and the house was very clean and well set-up.

Overall, this house is a decent Hamptons stay with a lovely pool and good location. The decor is dated and the overall impression is marred by the many post-it notes stuck to the stove, walls and doors admonishing renters to only clean with X product, don't pull too hard on this cord (really!) etc.The real reason to look for another property is the owner, who made the stay unpleasant and stressful. I have never experienced such an invasive and hysterical landlord. The owner is demonstrably uncomfortable with people staying in her home. She made us sign a separate lease on top of the VRBO agreement and list all possible visitors. She spied on us via the Ring cameras and casually mentioned different people, describing them by hair color, etc. I had to leave in the middle of my stay and she called me hysterical to find out why I left and when I was coming back - her questions made me uncomfortable. My friend stayed and she demanded his phone number and harangued him with texts, while texting me daily to see when I was coming back. When we left the property 3 days before the rental period ended she texted to complain that if she'd known she could have enjoyed her own home that weekend. My response was for her to enjoy the 2500 she was making off an empty house, and then she actually texted me back to say that my math was wrong (!)I had to block her on communications. The house wasn't nice enough to deal with the landlord.

Check-in was seamless and easy. Donna's kitchen was well appointed and a excellent room to cook congregate and enjoy.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It has to be one of the nicest rentals that we have experienced. Everything was immaculate and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedding and amenities were all deluxe. The weather was too cold to enjoy the pool, but it did look amazing. We look forward to staying with you in the future.

This was the perfect location to spend time with our adult daughters. The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals and the house was so nicely put together that our stay was really comfortable.

We enjoyed the visit. The space was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. We visited in the offseason but the deck and pool space is beautiful. We would definitely rent this property again.

This was my second girls' weekend at this property. The house is immaculate, warm, and friendly. The homeowner provides thorough house directions and is quick to respond to questions. I will cherish the memories we made there.

Hamptons wedding weekend was even better with our stay here! House was designed perfectly for our family of 5 adults. Easy access to wedding venues beach and our own pool was amazing Donna was quick to answer any questions and very accommodating Outdoor space was really beautiful and the ammenties in house were perfect for our long weekend
