Private Access One-Level Oceanfront Home in Waldport is Vacation Perfection!

We absolutely loved everything, esp the beach and the play room.

This property checked our boxes and was a short walk to be on the beach. Would stay here again.

Great for our summer family stay with the grandparents! Large living and dining rooms were nice for visiting. Location on the beach is a hidden gem just a short hop from Newport. Had the beach to ourselves most of the time.Some suggestions would be to maintain grounds, especially in back of deck. Trimming shrubs would offer breathtaking views of the ocean and sunset. Scenery is obstructed if you are sitting in living/dining rms. A larger TV would be nice, and updated linens/blankets. FYI-if you are bringing elderly guests as we did-bring your own equipment or devices as we did. The toilets are a little low for them. In all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We liked the ocean access and the house was very nice. It was nice to have the pool table in the garage and to have a garage door opener to use in our car. We tried to use the DVD player and the TV, but to no avail. The DVD player didn't seem to work and we were only able to get one channel on the TV. Maybe that could be looked at. It would be nice to have instructions on how to use the many channel changers.

House was very nice. Easy to check in. I would suggest having a broom in the house to sweep crumbs from kitchen floor and maybe 1 more fan. Thanks.

This is a very nice beach house in a quiet neighborhood. It seemed very private, even though its in a subdivision. Easy checkin, great wifi. Kitchen was well supplied, comfortable living spaces. Great beach access. Id trim some of the foliage that surrounds the very nice, ample deck, and on the path to the beach. One could see the ocean better when sitting on the deck with a trim. The roses smelled heavenly! The artwork in the home is really lovely.

We loved our stay here! It's an older home but very clean. Great access to hwy 101 but far enough away to not worry about noise. The ocean is the perfect distance from the house that you can hear it but it's not too loud at night. Lots of fun things for family to do in the house. Would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect place to stay! Ocean front with a great private path right to the beach! The game room was a hit with my two littles and the whole house was enjoyable for the adults!

Nice Home. Large living space, Nice bathrooms, game room in the garage. Beautiful ocean view from the living room and deck. Easy private beach access. Close to Waldport.

We enjoyed our stay and when we noticed something that needed to be cleaned, the crew was out the next morning to address. The game room in the garage was great for the rainier days

The house was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was short and easy for all of us to use. The furniture was clean and comfortable but the big hit for the kids was the garage game room! We had some rainy days but the kids were occupied. We would highly recommende

It looks like it was close to the ocean but it’s a far walk. Nice home.

This property was amazing with a great deck and ocean view. Literally steps to the beach. The house has plenty of beds and entertainment for everyone. Wish we could have stayed longer! Local shopping is very close. This property has everything you'll need.
