The 4 bedrooms are not as advertised. One room is in the center no windows. Host is in the home. Out door space is great

This place was perfect for 4 friends. More room than we needed actually. Such a cute, quirky place. So comfortable. We were lucky with the weather and we were able to spend whole days outside under the beautiful huge umbrella. My little dog loved all the grass and being totally fenced, it was no worry. Great facility, central location, great big private yard for hanging out. Lots of toys and play areas for kids. Friendly and thoughtful host who responded quickly to any of our questions or needs. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great weekend in summerland. The backyard was perfect for our dog to run and roll around in!

This was the perfect location for our family. The yard and playhouse was a hit for our granddaughters. It gave them space to play and keep busy as we were all getting ready for our daughter’s wedding. It accommodated ALL of us in every way.

The property is perfect for anyone with children and is close to stores for any grocery needs.The fenced yard is huge and it is so relaxing sitting there in the evening. There is lots of room and to our grandsons delight there is a play house that lights up inside with lots of toys. A sandbox and a play structure topped it off for him. Our host Kerry was an absolute sweetheart and had everything ready for our arrival even setting up a crib and having a toddlers bed ready that we could move beside my son and daughter in laws bed. We stayed for 4 days at Quinpool Summer house and had a wonderful time. The property was wonderful and the host was amazing. The outdoor space was our favorite spot to relax.

This is one of the best places I have stayed. The kitchen is well stocked (including a coffee grinder) and it has very spacious inside and outdoor space. Lovely host and was very attentive and responsive.

We had a wondeful family vacation with 4 little kids (ages 2-5). The host was super kind and very helpful. The place had lots of beds, space and everything we needed. Our stay with Kerry was amazing. It was lovely having a place that was so kid friendly and spacious for the family. Kerry was a delight to deal with.

7 adults and a large dog for a long weekend celebration. The owner who lives upstairs was very kind and gracious as we were quite loud at times.

The space is large and comfortable. The outdoor barbecue, dining and lounging area is lovely. Kitchen is small but adequate. We each had our own room which is hard to find; so I recommend this location for larger groups. Kerry, the host, was readily available, very helpful and charming. The location was perfect as we were wine tasting in Summerland, Penticton and on the Naramata bench.
