Private Outdoor Space

Step out onto your own deck in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for coffee, reading, or unwinding after a day in the city.

You’ll have the entire detached single-family home, private deck, and driveway to yourselves—no shared spaces, no common areas. The basement level is not included with this booking and remains locked. Housekeeping may access a separate basement storage area for supplies via an exterior entrance only; they will not enter the home.

I’m available by message during your stay for anything you need—recommendations, directions, or quick questions. With self check-in, you’ll have full privacy and independence.

Guest Count

Reservation must match the number of overnight guests. Jersey City requires all guests to be registered—no unlisted visitors.

Parking

1 free driveway spot. A second car may park on the street directly in front of the driveway (blocking only your own access). Don’t block the sidewalk or neighbors’ driveways—fines/towing possible.

No Smoking

No smoking anywhere on the property (inside or outside: porch, deck, driveway). No exceptions.

Quiet Hours

Peaceful residential area—keep outdoor noise low, especially after 9 PM.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in 4:00 PM, checkout 11:00 AM. Early check-in is only guaranteed if you book the night before, but we’ll accommodate when we can.

    Our host was extremely accommodating. The property had a really good feel. The layout was perfect for our family (Myself, Husband, 4 teen daughters). Plenty of bathroom space. Quick 5 min walk to Playa Bowls for breakfast or lunch or snack. A few pharmacies across the street from Playa Bowls.There was also a grocery store within walking distance, but we didn’t go.0 complaintsConsidering our past luck with other rental properties I give our stay 10/10Thank you!

    I have to say, this was the best place we have ever stayed when visiting NYC! We have stayed in Jersey City and Times Square before. This rental exceeded our expectations. We had 8 travelers and a fur baby, and it could not have been more perfect. It is close to Newark Airport. It is on a nice street and even a neighbor told us if we needed anything that she was just next door! Where does that happen?!!! The house had neen renovated and had everything we needed and more.The owner had even left snacks out. We also had a 13 y/o that this was his first time to NYC and she even left NYC keychains for him! So very thoughtful and kind.The beds were amazing! So amazing that I asked where she purchased it so I could buy one. The bathrooms and showers were great. We did have to ask for some more towels and they were there within 10 minutes! Amazing! There was a full size washer and dryer that we used after that. It is about a 12-15 minute walk to the PATH station at Journal Square which was super convenient. Getting a Uber was very quick as well. We were so fortunate that we were able to reserve this rental for our stay. We would not hesitate for 1 minute to stay there again, and we probably will when we visit NYC in the future! Rent it! You will not regret it!Anna

    Great hosts and wonderful house. Everything was as described in the listing or better. The house was very clean, well-stocked, the beds were very comfortable, A/C and heating worked perfectly, dishes/pots/pans were in excellent condition, and the toiletries were first rate. The neighborhood felt safe and parking in the driveway was a real plus so that we did not need to rely on street parking. Very convenient (approximately a 10 minute walk to the station) to the train to NY City. We would definitely stay here again!
