This amazing home is a one level single family home that has a open floor plan concept. There is 3 bedrooms and 2 fullbathrooms. There is tile flooring throughout the entire home besides the bedrooms which has brand new carpet with memory foam padding. There is a queen size bed with memory foam mattress in each bedroom. We also have a twin air mattress there if needed. All of the bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen smart TV. The family room has a large 75 inch smart tv with a wall insert electric fireplace that changes colors and has a heater. High speed internet (500 Mbps) included in your stay for all of your business and personal needs. We have everything in the kitchen needed for you to cook almost all of your favorite home made meals. There is a fully equipped laundry room with laundry detergent, ironing board, and multiple irons available. There is plenty of storage areas and closets in the house.

This house is a outdoor persons dream. Large size outdoor sunroom with skylights and built in screens, outdoor patio with dining table, propane bbq grill, fire pit area, and a decent size fenced in yard to enjoy.

The driveway holds two cars and there is plenty of street parking.

- Pets allowed with a pet fee of $250 and please ask management.
- Absolutely no smoking indoors - $500 smoking fee. No shoes on carpet. Cleaning fee up to $100 if stains are left on the bedroom carpets.
- You must provide an accurate guest count.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet time after 10pm.
- Lock and secure the property when going out.
- Use the supplies candles wisely - put out flames when going out and before bedtime.
- Maintain cleanliness: Please treat this home as if it were yours. This home is not for events, or groups that want to entertain large gatherings or parties. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, and furniture rearranged there will be an extra fee up to $250.
- Late checkout: unauthorized late check outs will result in additional fees, depending on the time of the checkout. We clearly communicate our 10am checkout, and our cleaners schedule cannot be changed without penalty to us. If you fail to check out by 10am, unless otherwise agreed, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Staying past agreed checkout time is considered trespassing.
- Privacy and safety: This property is equipped with security cameras to monitor during check-in to verify accurate guest count, and review footage if there is an incident. The cameras are all outside.
- Amenity Stock and Restock: We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 5 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish.
