Private 2b/1b house close to Enloe hospital and <1 mile from downtown

The home was adorable and very comfortable. Please note there are two homes on the property, this one is accessed through the back ally. My confirmation email with check-in details had a broken link, so I had to call VRBO while standing at the front door to get access. One bed was unmade but there were clean linens in the closet so I simply made the bed. The other bedding was wet in the washing machine so I dried that for whomever stays there next. I would still stay there again. Great location, nice home, all necessary items in the kitchen. Thanks!

Great location and beautiful place

Overall I was completely happy with this unit and would stay there again. I was confused with the picture of the unit and thought it was a different rental that I stayed in on a prior trip. Very pleasantly surprised since it was much better and I enjoyed the access to Hulu and multiple T.V. channels. Only downside for me was mastering the the cooling system and the thermostat but I am and older guy that is sometimes confused with new technology!

This is a repeat visit for us. Great location, clean and spacious. We will be back again!

One of the best rental properties we've stayed in, and we've stayed in many! Chris's property was thoughtfully laid out and really felt like a home. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, bathroom essentials provided and kitchen was well equipped. Location was also perfect for us to get to Chico State and we would definitely have walked had it not been in the 90s. I think this will become one of our go-tos for visiting.

The host was very responsive to an issue at check-in, with quick and thoroughly satisfactory resolution. The house was comfortable and quiet with a well-stocked kitchen and lovely backyard space. Would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The check in process was very convenient, and the property manager communicated promptly. It has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The only recommendation I have would be to have a few more towels (washcloths on hand:). but other than that, the beds were comfortable and the air worked! We were just a short distance to downtown Chico, but the neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe staying here. Would definitely book again.
