This property is perfectly located between Zion National Park south entrance and west entrance. Great hiking on both sides. Quiet neighborhood. Home is cozy and has everything you need.

Great location to go between Zion & Bryce. Cute 2 bedroom, perfect for 2 couples. Sits on a hill with GREAT views. Everything was provided and home was well cared for. Private and relaxing. Owners very nice and aim to please.

Wonderful little house on the hill overlooking LaVerdin. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Would most definitely stay here again.

A lovely home in a great location for visiting Zion. Not too far a drive from Las Vegas and easy to find. The house was well equipped, the bathrooms lovely and the beds comfy. There was even a gas BBQ so we could sit in the sun when we arrived and have dinner. Many thanks

Cozy and well maintained home at a very beautiful location. It is reasonably close to Zion (30 mins drive). The host had every instructions detailed in folders and binders. The kitchen was fully equiped and most importantly clean. The house was spacious and the decor was so pleasant. I recommend everybody to stay here when you get a chance.

This is a great house! It's spacious, lovely, and sparkling clean. You'll find just about any amenity you could ask for. The views are wonderful - both looking out on the city and the distant mountains as well as the beautiful hills right behind you. Eileen is a friendly and responsive host. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a dream place to stay for exploring Zion. Communication with the host was easy and checkin/check out seamless. The house was clean and had everthing you would expect. If we ever return we would look no further than renting again!

Loved the views from the front porch and driveway. Everything was excellent but the beds were too soft for me. I'm sure many others like it soft but it's just not my preference. The couches were like new like the kitchen.

The location to Zion was perfect. The drive from place was about 20 minutes. The only negative I have is we couldn't use the grill its in bad shape.If we return to Zion again and the place is available we would stay again.

This house was everything I was hoping for close to Zion national Park and Bryce Canyon, quiet, clean, safe, and well equipped. I loved the welcome sign when I walked in that had my name on it! Lots of little details that made me feel welcome.

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed. Not as close to Zion Natl Park as indicated. Only close to a side entrance where you cannot go through to the main entrance. Still worked out just a bit more driving.

What a beautiful property. The view of the plateaus and the quiet neighborhood was so incredible. We really enjoyed our stay here. We felt so welcomed - our name was on a welcome platter as the first thing to greet us. You won't go wrong staying here. The house was perfectly located just about 30 minutes outside of zion national park. The scenery around the house is spectacular as well. Everything has been well thought out by the property owner.

Eileen’s property was excellent. It was extremely clean, everything that we needed was there! We enjoyed sitting outside each evening grilling with the amazing view! Easy check in and check out process. Pictures undersold the home! Would definitely choose to stay here again!

We were visiting Zion national park for 4 days. The property was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and the check-in process was seamless. The location was nice and the views were great from the front porch. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Communication was excellent and check-in and out were simple. Location is lovely, with easy access to Zion and groceries, gas, and food options. House is perfect for a family and has just the right amenities. We had a great time and would happily stay again on our next visit.

The house was cozy and had a good kitchen. Our host was very attentive and let us check in early. We would have appreciated a couple of wooden dining (or other) chairs as we like firm chairs. We enjoyed our stay.

My family recently visited Zion National Park. We wanted a place to stay nearby and found this cute house. We liked its quiet location with a nearby grocery store, gas station and coffee shop. The host was very welcoming, even writing my name on a board to welcome us. The host's attention to detail was amazing and we easily found everything we needed. The house was perfect for our family: a spacious, modern, and well-appointed kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. We used the BBQ one evening and ate outside with the colorful sunset in the background. It was one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely stay here again!
