Pet Policy:

Breed restrictions may apply. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Other guests, children, and neighboring dogs may occasionally be on the property.

HOUSE RULES (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING):
No smoking or vaping indoors — a $2,000 cleaning and remediation fee applies. No parties or events — violations may result in a $3,000 fine and immediate removal. No illegal substances — violations may be reported to law enforcement. All guests must be disclosed prior to check-in; unregistered guests may result in cancellation or additional fees. One dog may be allowed with prior approval; a $199 pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets = $500 fine. Dogs must be leashed outdoors and crated indoors if left alone. No aggressive behavior or excessive barking allowed. Guests must clean up after pets or incur additional cleaning charges. This home is located on a 2-acre shared property with other residences that may host families or pets. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Lost or missing remotes will incur a $25 replacement fee.
