Stayed Mar 20, 2023We chose a house that was very close to family - our primary criterion when planning this trip to Arizona. We are generally familiar with the area and its amenities, shops, etc. which are excellent, and it suited our purpose for the four weeks we were there. The trip was a success as it met our needs and our host was thoughtful and responsive. We travel frequently and define success in several ways – generally within the context of the type of trip and our expectations. In that respect, the focus was on family rather than exotic views of the outdoors. The photos on the website provide a good representation of what to expect. The house itself is pleasant but dated and, I believe, in the process of being upgraded. The bedrooms were of a reasonable size and our bed was comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with the most commonly needed kitchen tools and appliances and, again, the host was keen to address any needs we might have including bringing in a landscaper to plant some flowering shrubs to bring color to the rear garden area for our enjoyment. Our host is well connected and knows her business and has the resources and ability to get things done or fixed quickly – an important consideration when renting any property. There are obvious areas where investment is needed and these will undoubtedly be addressed by the caring and professional manager. Frequent traveller 6 May 2023
