Pritchard's Perch - private 2.5 acre in-city property, views from every room!

Every once in a while a vacation rental property exceeds expectations. This is one of them! The pictures don’t do the home justice. Everything about Laura’s place is truly 5 star. The minute you walk in, the views will blow you away. But it’s not just the views. This house is a “home” in every sense of the word. It is stocked with everything you could want or need. Every comfort has been thought of. Additionally, the location is perfect — so close to Alki beach AND all the great spots on California Ave, but still in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The master bed is extremely comfortable (great pillows too!). Bottom line—you can’t go wrong at this beautiful home in West Seattle. We can’t wait to return!!

Magnificent! The views were breathtaking. Everything was clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen every night and it had all the things we needed and then some. The location was fantastic. Looking forward to staying here again someday.

Prichard's Perch was absolutely wonderful. The views are spectacular from the entire front of the house and the bedroom. It has a modern large chef's kitchen with absolutely everything needed for cooking including spices.The master bath has an extra large jaccuzi tub with plenty of hot water to fill the tub. I have stayed in VRBO's in Europe, Hawaii and the US and have never stayed in one that was so generously and well equipped. There is lots of parking with a two car garage and a two car space in the front of the house. The house was very clean with lots of cleaning supplies if needed. Beautiful hardwood floors on the upper floor and two working TV's (they don't always in rentals). The house has two and a half acres of beautifully wooded ravine around it. I felt like I was living in a treehouse. The beds are comfortable which is always a plus. If you stay for any length of time there is a laundry room downstairs with a full size large load washer and dryer along with detergent, spot remover and dryer sheets.The house is not far from Alki which is a beach front community with lots of restaurants and things to do. I would happily stay there again. Thanks to the host who was so pleasant and helpful. over five feet long jaccuzi bathtub (with plenty of hot water) that was located on a two step tile pedestal.

Stunning views, dream like. Quiet, peaceful, nestled in amongst a manicured garden/trees.

We were so impressed with this home. Super clean, comfortable and with every compliment needed whether it was the bedroom, baths, kitchen, deck, etc. There was literally every single thing I needed to feel at home.The location was also unbeatable; we could grab the water taxi over to downtown Seattle to have a waterfront breakfast or dinner, but come home to an absolutely quiet nighttime away from the noise and hustle of the city. Slept better there than I have in a long time.I hope Prichard's Perch is available next time we're back in the northwest so we can return.

Property is in a perfect location. Hosts are quick to answer any questions. Love all the extras. Makes you feel right at home. Hated to leave. Will definately be back.

Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, gorgeous views, wonderful location and comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would stay again for sure.
