Stayed Jun 6, 2026Home was pretty and great location. But, the bed linens had bugs all over them in 2 of the bedrooms. My mother had to vacuum the rooms and wash all the bed linens. Flying ants and spiders were a constant battle all week. On walls, floors, shower and sinks. There has to be some sort of infestation upstairs. We communicated this to the agent but there didn't see to be much concern. We left the home in better condition then when we arrived. We sprayed for bugs and cleaned. Its a shame because its a pretty home.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, very satisfied with the house, exterior and interior, but the neighborhood was GREAT and location of the house great as well. Close to it all yet quiet and secluded feeling.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024One of the upstairs bedroom had MANY flying insects, so much that our grandkids refused to sleep there. The bedroom in the basement had a broken window and frogs came in so the kids wouldn't sleep there either. That left us with a house that was advertised to be a 4 bedroom home with two bedrooms. The local realtors worked with us and were very responsive to remedy the issues but nature won. they settled on giving us a financial recovery

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect in so many ways. We loved the location because we could go to the bayside beaches or the ocean side. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures and it's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We are already looking forward to renting again next summer!
