Stayed Dec 31, 1969Having spent many years in the Hamptons, I was very particular about what I wanted from a rental property. This home is just that: a home. I was totally comfortable in the beach motif, which was clean, and new. The gourmet kitchen was a pleasure to use. A huge deck and BBQ made entertaining easy. There is a large back yard which was well groomed by a gardner, and deer fencing to keep the deer at bay. A beach pass gives you access to the community beach, which is a short drive from the house. (parking provided) Peter & Kim were easy to deal with, any questions were quickly answered by phone. I would rent from them again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Clean, open, and well maintained. Great deck and Webber grill. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach and short ride to the East Hampton Grille. Kitchen is fabulous and a joy to cook, eat, and entertain in. Updated bathrooms and new outdoor shower, we can't wait to try. Looking forward to returning soon and would definitely recommend this awesome home to my friends.
