➞ The fire pit is not a gas supplied type, and instead uses traditional firewood and open fire. Therefore you must be able to confidently start and manage an open fire. Please do not use the firepit if this is something you are not experienced with.



➞ The outdoor hot tub is not a spa with a jet function. It is simply an outdoor based heated bath/tub.



➞ While we`ve never had an issue with it, the yard is dog secure to the best of our knowledge. If however your dog is quite large or psychically able to jump very high, this may not be fully secure for your pet. Please do a check of the yard upon arrival to ensure your dog will be secure if you`re unsure.
