Small but mighty

We live within 30 minutes of the property. You are on your own unless you reach out :)

Wenonah Neighborhood. It is quiet and quaint with friendly neighbors. Close to a huge green space/park, Bossen Field Park. Also walkable to Lake Nokomis which has a great trail around it. Near MSP Airport, Mall of America and lots of good little spots!

PLEASE NOTE, we are on a flight path with regular planes going over head that you CAN hear.

Dripping with velvet, dotted with gold, and filled with thoughtful touches, this cozy 450 sq ft space is perfect for one or two guests who want to stay somewhere as fun and unforgettable as the Purple One himself.

LIVING ROOM VIBES
Lounge on the velvety teal couch, draw the room-darkening curtains, and fire up your favorite streaming apps on the 65 Roku TV—or spin a Prince vinyl on the record player and bask in the musical mood.

KITCHEN + DINING
Fully stocked and ready to cook: dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, and all the pots, pans, dinnerware, flatware, and glassware you need. There's even kids' dishware, a coffee bar with K Cups, sugar options, hot cocoa, and a kettle. Dine in style at the table for three.

BEDROOM COMFORT
Queen memory foam mattress, plenty of plush pillows, luxe velvet accents, custom bedside lamps, bedside lights, a noise machine, blackout shades, and your own TV for winding down. Sleep like royalty.

BATHROOM + EXTRAS
Tub/shower combo with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fluffy white towels.
- The closet gives you space to hang up your things
- Blazing fast fiber internet.

FLIGHT PATH
Please note we are on the flight path for the MSP Airport and there is plane noise in the house. We have provided a noise machine in the bedroom but if you are particularly sensitvie to noise our home may not be a great fit

-There is 1 queen size memory foam hybrid mattress/bed

What is capacity
- Sleeping capacity in the house is 2. We do not have space for more people.
- Full disclosure, the couch is not comfortable for sleeping

Early check-in
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm but you can reach out a day before and we might be able to accommodate. If you NEED an early check in, consider booking the night before so you can check-in upon arrival. Fees start out at $50 for an early check in if we can accommodate

Late Check-out
- Maybe. It depends on our next guests. We will not guarantee a late check out until the weekend of your booking. Shoot a message and we will see if we can accommodate! If you need extra time, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. Fees start out at $50 for an late check out if we can accommodate

Luggage Drop Off
- We do not have a locked space outside of the house for guest luggage drop off

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker
- No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves

Is the home suitable for children
- Totally cool to bring a kiddo but please note it is a small place and we do not have additional items for kids.

Can we bring pets
- We are not pet friendly. We can recommend nearby dog boarding facilities if you need

Can we have people over
- Yes, kind of. We expect all guests to be listed on the reservation. If you are having people pop in, give us a heads up. We will not allow open invite parties or a number of people over what our City of St. Paul rental license allows!

Security
-There are cameras on the exterior of the property, at the front and the back yard for the safety of our guests & property.

Princely
- Our house is themed with a lot of Prince memorabilia and things we think are cool surrounding his life. Even if you aren't a Prince fan, its a neat place to stay. There is a lot of velvet HA!

Quaint
- This house is small and efficient. What does that mean It is small. Like a tiny house on steroids because we do at least have separate spaces for everything but please note it is small
