Prime Walk to Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden –Steps to UC, Short Vine & More!

It was a pleasure staying at this property. The home was very clean and conveniently located. Kris was excellent with communication and made the check-in process smooth and easy. He even provided snacks for us to enjoy during our stay, which was a thoughtful touch. I would definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay again!

House was great and very clean

Great house. Very clean, super cozy and well provisioned. Everything I needed for an extended stay of 9 nights. The neighborhood is fine, not far to UC/Short Vine, OTR, etc. It has a large and well stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. I wish the parking situation was a bit better but I parked on the side street without issue. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at the house. The house was decorated beautifully and there was every amenity we could ask for. The beds were all super comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We walked to the zoo for the Festival of Lights and overall had a wonderful stay. Kris could not have been more welcoming or responsive. 12/10 experience.

Very accommodating for our group with pets. Excellent with quick replying to questions including on Thanksgiving Day! Beds were great. Plenty of blankets for a large group. Heating units in top floor bedrooms definitely helped during the chilly Cincy winter.

The house was perfect for us. The parking was a little tricky but we figured it out real quick and the host were very helpful and proactive. Everyone loved their beds which are very comfy.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. Kris is a fantastic host, super responsive and helpful. The street can be busy, but not a problem for us and our little (leashed) pup. Very short drive to the cute Clifton area. We'd definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect Communication was excellent. Location was amazing. We followed the recommendations for restaurants and had great meals.When we are back in town will not hesitant to return to this beautiful home!

The house was very clean. It had everything we needed including lots of added conveniences like phone chargers in every room, snacks, coffee, and toiletries. It was very roomy for our group of 7 teens and adults. Kris was very quick to answer our questions about parking.We would recommend this property!

Had a great 3 day stay with family. We played games and visited the zoo. Great amenities by the host and the house is lovely.

Lots of room to unwind and refresh. Close to downtown and highways. Well equipped and updated. Appreciated the hospitable gestures of drinks in fridge, etc. and convenience of laundry room. On a kinda busy street, but noise minimal and parking readily available at nearby side street.

Great time

There were so many great things about staying at this property. Relaxing atmosphere, with nice size yard for the puppies. Definitely the most comfortable bed that we have slept in away from home. Small amenities that just make life easier if you forget to bring something. Got a horrible sunburn and was able to use the aloe plant in the house and it helped so much. The owner of the property was fantastic, even when my dad showed up 3 hours early. He happened to be at the house and they talked for quite a bit. Highly recommend staying at this property!!

Family of six (kids ages 6-12), enjoyed our two-night stay, and house was just as described. Bathrooms were very clean, and kitchen was spacious with helpful basic supplies. There are phone chargers throughout the house and in each bedroom. Street parking only, but plenty of space directly in front of the house. It was easy to drive into downtown and to the surrounding neighborhoods. We walked to the zoo one afternoon.

Great accommodations and amenities!! Already has almost everything you need!

My family was in Cincy to visit my son for a UC basketball game. Loved everything about the house and our stay. Great location, clean, spacious. The hospitality from Kris the host went beyond what one would expect. Kris added many extras conveniences . For example phone chargers through out the house, Wifi password signs conveniently located and rock salt for outside walkway. Kris clearly wants to make sure the guests have a hassle free experience. Thank you Kris!

My family had an excellent time staying at this house. We loved all the thoughful little touches that Kris put in place to make it feel more like home. Especially loved the wireless chargers scattered throughout the house.

We had a medical trip and this house was perfect for our needs. Very well kept and very close to the hospital! The host was great to work with! We plan on coming back!

Excellent stay!

The house was impeccably clean and layed out well. Kris was incredibly accommodating and even stocked the refrigerator with drinks for us. We did have a little bit of trouble with the front door but it was primarily user error and Kris came to the rescue within a reasonable amount of time.

Family in town for weekend wedding. 3 generations. We had a blast. Super clean. Great spaces. Easy walk to the Zoo. No issues. Without being asked, host refunded $35 because there were no courtesy drinks in the fridge--even though it was my fault! Would definitely stay here next time without even looking for other options.

The house was a Gem! Updated to the tee. Nothing was left undone in this house. The Heated bathroom floors were amazing. There is enough room for everyone. Kris communicated with every question we had. I would recommend staying at this house.

We had an incredible stay at this beautifully renovated home! The beds were super comfy, and the AC in every room was perfect. The house is spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary cooking essentials, including spices and oil, which made prepping meals a breeze. Our host, Kris, went above and beyond to add special touches to the house and our visit. From the welcoming beverages to ensuring the temperature was just right, Kris thought of everything to make our stay unforgettable. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests. Fantastic communication throughout our stay. Additionally, my daughter, who is a UC athlete, lives within walking distance of the property, which made it even better. We were a group of friends attending the UC game and celebrating a 50th birthday, and this home was perfect for our gathering. We highly recommend this property for any celebration. 5 stars all the way!

Highly Recommend!!

Our 2-year old grandson needed surgery and Cincinnati children's was the place for it. This house was a good location for being so close to the hospital and to the zoo for the sibling. Thanks for the hospitality Kris!

I wanted to award my wife and my girls with a trip to cincy. The house was centrally located near everything happening in the city and even though I had a rental car, I sometimes used an Uber because everything was so near and the cost was reasonable. Our host Kris made sure he added special touches to the house and to our visit and we didn’t have to want for anything. I will use this house again if I am ever in the area.

Property is as described. Kitchen is nicely equipped with necessary cooking essentials and ingredients, spices, oil which is nice if you need to prep some breakfasts etc. Board games and children books are available in the house, a nice touch. Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Within walking distance to the Zoo. A nice stay for our family overall.

We came from Michigan and Illinois for a wedding in the Clifton area. Location of house was ideal and was a very comfortable stay. Clean and had all the necessities. I guess I am buying a bidet 😝
