Prime Scottsdale Stay: 2BR Condo Steps from Old Town Attractions

The only reason I selected good was because bad was not an option in the dropdown. This was the second and last time we'll stay in this unit. The first time was ok but now, 3 years later it reminded us of a college students apartment. This unit is in serious need of major updates, repairs, and deep cleaning. The management company is great and always very responsive but there's only so much they can do.

Good enjoyed it

The condo was nice and in the area of Scottsdale we are familiar with. The steps were a small challenge for senior citizens but we were able to navigate them quite well after a day of practice. A good trip was had by all.

The location of this condo is perfect for a stay in Scottsdale. Close to shopping, restaurants and the greenbelt (which is fantastic for morning walks!). We had a few minor things that needed to be addressed and they were handled immediately by Elite Vacation Rentals. The unit was as listed and had everything we needed for our 6 week stay in Scottsdale. Would not hesitate to use Elite Vacation Rentals again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Sad to say I would think twice before putting good money towards this rental unit 201A. Elite management failed on many fronts as they promised missing items and broken furniture would be replaced or repaired immediately and we waited over a week and at that some items, like the garage opener never arrived. Not having the garage opener was a hassle as we had to enter side door to the garage to open from the inside. The owners of this condo may be satisfied with the condition of beds, dressers bathroom sink that the plunger is broken , but for the money paid for a month stay we were extremely disappointed.

It is an older unit and everything is dated. We had 2 forks, a towel rack I had to fix because someone tried to glue it to the wall. The faucet in the bathroom has been busted for a long time and leaks into the cabinet. Both bedrooms are facing the street and with the single pane windows you can hear the traffic all night. If you have a small car you can park in the Garage,we have a regular size pickup and it was way to big. If you can't park in the garage and want to park in the lot get home before 4 PM. We had to park a few blocks away and walk in many times.

Great stay in an excellent location. Check in & check out instructions were emailed and easy to follow. Nice welcome basket waiting in the kitchen. My family enjoyed the stay.

This place was seriously awesome, and the price was right. We will definitely stay in touch. Take care.

When I decided to end my stay early because of all of the problems....Broken dryer, garage door opener not working, keys not working, standing water in shower....I was given a refund and apology and that was greatly appreciated!

Elite did a wonderful job of communicating with my beautiful wife and I before, during and after our stay! Great experience. The property was as described and we had a wonderful stay. We had to cut our 6 week short due to a family emergency back in Kentucky. Thanks again for a great stay.
