PRIME Oceanfront Townhouse in Indian Rocks Beach!

The condo is located on an amazing beach in Indian Rocks. It's a good size and so easy to get to the beach. We enjoyed every minute.some updates are needed in the place, but overall in great condition! the property management was amazing too.

The only real positive about this property is the location—right on the beach and the pool was very clean , (the maintenance guy was cleaning it every morning.)Unfortunately, everything else was a disappointment. The house looks much better in the pictures than in reality. It was not clean when we arrived. The sheets didn’t appear to be freshly laundered, so we ended up buying our own. Thankfully, we had brought a few pillows from home, which made it more bearable.The bedroom door was difficult to open and close—you had to use force. The TV in the master bedroom is extremely outdated, and unless you travel with HDMI cables (which most people don’t anymore), it’s pretty much unusable. In this day and age, a basic smart TV with AirPlay or streaming capability costs around 100—it’s not a big upgrade, but it would make a big difference.The floors hadn’t even been swept, let alone mopped. The kitchen was lacking basic functionality—several cabinets were locked, so we had to store all our produce on the countertop. Kitchen supplies were minimal, making it nearly impossible to prepare a meal for a family.On top of that, the water heater is connected to a power saver switch, and there was barely enough hot water for one person to take a shower.We weren’t expecting luxury, but for the amount of money we paid, we did expect a decent and clean place to stay. Unfortunately, this property did not meet even those basic expectations.

Perfect location on a quiet stretch walking distance to restaurants & fishing dock. Beautiful townhouse with balcony overlooking the white sandy beach. Everyday we enjoyed watching the dolphins and breathtaking sunsets. Looking forward to coming back!

The unit was exactly as described,and our communication with management was easy.Pool area especially was well maintained.

Owners of the property were a joy to work with. Excellent communication and wonderful people.Never interacted directly with the Property Manager, but the one request we made for a vacuum cleaner, was actually addressed by sending someone to vacuum the areas we needed cleaned. Very happy with that experience.The Condo itself was very nice with beautiful views and directly on the beach. I highly recommend this property, the ownership and the property management!!!

This is a well kept older building, smaller than the huge complexes in other areas. The building, pool and grounds are very nice and the beach is right there and wasn't crowded. Property managers were on site and really care that things are nice and you enjoy your stay. We'd stay here again.

Beach Front access / location excellent; however the place is not as clean and modern as portrayed online.

Found this property because my in-laws live nearby in Largo. It was a perfect meeting place for us all. My family got to experience being right next to the beach... Something my 3-year-olds loved. My in-laws were our daily guests which was something they loved. The pool was warm and we used it frequently. There were chairs by the pool, but also beach chairs for us to use. The beach also seemed somewhat private. Perhaps less use is a better word? So there was plenty of room on the beach. We didn't have a car, because my in-laws picked us up from the airport and brought us here. We thought we would use the trolley often. But what ended up happening was we would just walk to the nearby restaurants, CVS & beach store. Other times we used delivery services to bring us alcohol & food when needed. The property was well kept and it was convenient having our door right by the elevator for this particular unit. This was a two-story condo and the stairs were very easy to climb for my father who was also with us. I can't compare this to a hotel. Hotels are just fancier. But this place was clean and reasonably priced and provided everything we needed for a memorable vacation. If given the opportunity next year, we will definitely come back again. Super cute, outfitted with all the essentials and extras we needed to enjoy the beach for a week. Everything from beach chairs to plenty of wine glasses and cooking utensils; rent this condo, you'll be glad you did!!
