We go to Europe a lot and it was interesting that our bungalow in LA felt like the places we stay in Europe. Top flight appliances, cool furniture, etc. In all, a great place to stay.

We loved the place and the outdoor area. Everything was beautiful and decorated perfectly. Very special place with a great comfy vibe! Close for us to visit Venice beach and Santa Monica- and even a 40 minute drive from Disneyland if you want to venture out for a day. Host was very nice when I spoke to her. Thanks for being a great host!

This is a beautiful place. Very quiet, peaceful and private. Perfect location. Franco was an excellent host (though we never saw or talked to him in person). Would definitely book here again!

Great property. Check in was simple, hosts responsive to emails and instructions straight forward. The parking on the street not an issue. Clean, adequately stocked, spacious for our family of 4. Did not use hot tub, or outside area as weather was not great. But it looked very inviting. Enjoyed our stay.

Place was great. Cozy, awesome backyard w/hot tub. Close to the expressway, close to food, shopping, really anything. The ONLY issue we had is that I did not see anything in the description that the property would be occupied by the owners. We rent places that are not occupied by the owner. Safety is a big deal with two young daughters.

Exactly as described. Location is convenient to Santa Monica pier and Venice beach. Hot tub is perfect and very clean. Home was clean and well stocked.

My Husband and I didn’t feel comfortable. Had a feeling of being constantly watched. So much so we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub. Too many stipulations.

Everything was great with this property , check in - easy , clean , well stocked , hot tub was great Only thing I would have to say negative - would be all 3 beds were very uncomfortable - I had back surgery and have a bad back- so if they aren’t comfy beds - very sore back.

Property was in great condition. The hot tub is a nice touch in the yard. The owner who lives out front was responsive for any request or issue we had.

We needed to be close to our family and this was the place. Felt like being at home. The host was amazing and understanding. Thank you will definitively come back.

We rented this property while we were in LA for my son‘s wedding. Franco, the property owner, was very flexible regarding check-in time so we were able to get into the property as soon as we arrived in LA. Franco also provided a portable infant crib for our new grandson. The property was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. It had the most well-stocked kitchen of any rental property we have ever stayed at. One of the best features of this property is the wonderful outdoor space – many nice areas for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or sitting quietly to read a book. My son and his wife enjoyed the hot tub as well. Parking was never a problem. The neighborhood was safe with lots of amenities only a short drive away. We also appreciated the abundance of closet and drawer space in each bedroom. This property exceeded our expectations and was absolutely perfect for our family. My wife and I return to LA from time to time and will consider renting the property again even if it’s just the two of us.

A very nice location for visiting LA! The house is very clean and is in a quiet neighborhood. The jacuzzi is definitely an added value and great to rest and relax after a day in LA. Location is very good, Venice Beach at five minutes, Santa Monica at ten minutes. But also the highways around LA are quickly accessible. The owner is very involved and friendly and gave us a good tip for a restaurant nearby: Casa Sanchez! Also quickly accessible and helpful. We could drop off our luggage earlier than the agreed time, which we really appreciated. In short: highly recommended for a stay in LA. We will definitely return here on our next visit to LA.

Franco's property was perfect for us. Easy to find and in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The backyard area was wonderful. We loved the hot tub and the outside space. Would definitely recommend.

The set up is absolutely perfect. Plenty of amenities and the back yard is so cozy. It’s in a neighborhood that isn’t touristy and we loved this about it, too. Hosts were excellent. Thank you so much!!

We were so happy with our visit. The location was very easy to find and the neighborhood felt safe. The house was very nice and clean. Spacious enough for four grown people and a child. Only downside was only one restroom and no fans for circulation. Hot tub was amazing and back patio was so nice.
