    This was our first time in Savannah and we enjoyed being close to Forsyth Park and the trolley stop. Everything was just as the pictures and descriptions stated. Comfortable beds, parking on the street in front of the house, and everything was very clean. We loved Savannah and would definitely stay here again.

    The neighborhood is sketchy and the listing said it had a double sofa bed when in fact it was just a couch then didn’t even pull out at all and we rented this place because it had enough room with what was supposed to be a pull out sofa.

    The property is located right by the park. Very clean. Could be better appointed with wine glasses and other kitchen items. Plenty of blankets and towels.

    The place was everything they said. We had the unfortunate experience of a very drunk bachelorette group renting below us. When they arrived at 3 am, the yelling and bottle throwing commenced. This lasted for an hour. We should have called the police, but we weren’t in danger & felt they had better things to do than deal with drunk young women. There is also a ceiling fan downstairs that clicks loudly when on, very annoying. I know they can’t know who they are renting to, but with the number of bachelorette parties in Savannah, I would stay away from duplexes.

    Beautiful property and very well managed. Many extras like coffee refill pods, sugar packets and even dog treats. Also the foam mattress and pillows were excellent quality. Across the street there is a gas station and has a Cuban cafeteria. Will definitely recommend.
