This beautiful multi-level Timberline Village town home offers views of Mt Morrisey and Mt Tod. On 1200 sq. ft (111 m2) you will find a functional garage for all your ski equipment needs, a full bright open kitchen situated between the dining and living area with queen size sofa bed, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 3 decks and a private new hot tub off the living room, which is running year round. Use the BBQ off the North deck adjacent to the diningarea.

With true ski-in up to the very front door and only 3 mins walk to the village this location is ideal both for summer and winter vacations. Why not ski out through the alpine village and enjoy the views of the shops before you line up at the main ski lifts in less than 5 minutes

The master bedroom is spacious with own deck and in-suite laundry. King size bed.

    We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful 3 bedroom condo. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was lovely and so well equipped and the garage for storing gear and tuning skis was perfect. The host Ana provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to any questions. The hot tub was also very welcome at the end of a ski day! I would highly recommend staying here and we definitely hope to return.

    My daughter and I stayed very comfortably in this lovely, well-situated townhome. It was well equipped for preparing home-cooked meals and the garage offered a great space for tuning her skis for training. The owner was extremely responsive to any questions.     This property was perfect for my family’s holiday! It is well equipped and there is lots of different spaces for people to be, indoors and outdoors. The location is truly perfect being so close to the village. I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to vacation in Sun Peaks.

    Stayed here for a girls weekend and it was fantastic! Place was very clean and well stocked with everything you’d need. Beautiful views of the mountains from decks on both sides, easy check in and check out. Great location and walking distance to the village. Ana was very responsive and helpful when needed. Would definitely stay again.

    A great town house for two weeks skiing at SunPeaks. The property had everything we needed and was warm and very comfortable. We were able to ski home practically to the front door after a days skiing. A very short walk to the village. Ana responded quickly to our queries. Thank you for a great stay!

    We stayed for 8 nights over the NYE holiday period and couldn’t be happier with the property we stayed at. All instructions from check in to check out and everting I between were clear and easy to navigate.The property is a 2 minute walk to the start of the village and a 5-10 minute walk to the main Chairlifts (depending on how quick your toddlers are moving). You can actually ski in and ski out, via the village Or a short walk to the gentle giant run, and on yeh way home, take a left at the top of gentle giant and follow the path back, which lands you right at the front door.Ana (the owner) was super responsive over text throughout the stay and was very keen to ensure our needs were met in every way.If you haven’t been to sun peaks - take our recommendations that this is a perfect place to stay and be close to all the action of skiing, restaurants and all that sun peaks village has to offer. I will definitely be back with the family

    Excellent location near the ice rink, right in between the ski lifts at either end of the village. Clean and spacious with plenty of room for a family. Very well appointed and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Hot tub was great!

    A pleasant and convenient townhouse on 3 floors with all the creature comforts. I stayed early in the season so ski-in was not possible, but the unit is only a short walk from the resort center and ski lifts.
