Everything about this house speaks elegance, comfort, and convenience. Only a couple of blocks from Union Station and the circulator bus to the National Mall, half a block from Giant Food Store and right in the middle of a fantastic selection of restaurants, from Indian to Ethiopian. This beautiful historic townhome was the centerpiece for a wonderful stay in Washington D.C. This three-bedroom home is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and full of amenities like an outdoor patio with private yard, Alexa home system, and a gourmet kitchen. The neighborhood felt very safe, with many conveniences within walking distance. Our group was so impressed with this property that we would gladly stay here again whenever in D.C.

Super close to groceries and a few nice restaurants/bars (but, honestly, you’ll likely want to enjoy the kitchen once you see it!) Thanks for a great stay!

This is an updated historical home in a great neighborhood with a groceries store across the street. Easy access to public transportation. The kitchen is awesome with premium cooking supplies. Super comfortable beds and well furnished with thoughtful touches. You won't need a Starbucks because it came with an espresso machine, French press, and premium drip brewing system. Our large family or 6 kids and two adults fit perfectly. The Amazon Alexa was a nice touch. Loved the back yard and parking right in the middle of the city.

We have rented a lot of houses through a lot of providers and by far this was the best. The house was a wonderful mix of 100 year old charm and modern updates. It contained everything we needed--a lot of space, very comfortable bedding, cool decor--plus the most thorough coffee/tea set up we have ever seen. The owners were by far the best HOSTS we ever had. They were very charming and helpful, providing a lot of information about the house and the capital hill area, ensuring we had everything we needed to have a great time. Capital hill is in the middle of a lot of cool things to do so the location was ideal. The house had 2 offstreet parking spaces which by itself is incredible. We are looking forward to renting this house again.

This is a mansion! The house is really spacious, with separate living and dining rooms, nice furniture, and a massive kitchen that has all the equipment you could possibly need. The house is in a lovely neighbourhood and convenient location just a few minutes from Union Station (also within walking distance of the Capitol and other sights). The upstairs bedrooms are large, comfortable and quiet, despite the proximity to H-Street, which has lots of nice restaurants and shops. The back garden and a private parking spot are also great additions. The check-in was easy and the communication from the hosts was always prompt and helpful. Great value for money and honestly one of the best AirBnBs I've ever stayed in - highly recommended!

Probably the best airbnb I've ever stayed in. The area was great with a grocery store right across the street. Amenities were amazing. Sleeping arrangement were perfect for what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfy the beds were for an airbnb. I would highly recommend to anybody visiting DC. We loved our stay! Everything was beyond perfect.
