The property over looked the ocean, it is located across a busy street. The property has no beach chairs to use or beach towels, you have to bring your own coffee. The living room could use a couple more chairs and lamps. There are no tvs in the upstairs bedrooms but it has a small common room with a tv for both rooms to share with only two uncomfortable chairs. The bedroom with 4 bunks is great if you have 4 kiddos but not for adults., the room is bare, no bedside tables, lamps and has very skimpy beds. I would put a king size bed in that room and a couple of bunks in the common room and tvs in all bed rooms. The cleanliness of this property was excellent.

We loved the place, it was adorable. Had a great time! If I could give one piece of constructive criticism, the lighting in the master bath is awful. Need a can light or better lighting in the section with the sinks. Had to put makeup on in the closet where it was bright. Otherwise, great place! Thanks!

Thanks so much for sharing your home - we had a wonderful time! The house is perfectly situated for fun in the sun and downtown activities. Our only complaint was we stayed too cold - but that could very easily just been our age - the heating/air system had nothing to do with it! Thanks again.

Perfect place for a family reunion!!

Unit was spotlessly clean. Kitchen items well stocked. The host responded to all questions promptly and was very accomodating.

This is the second time we have stayed here, everything was exceptionally clean, we enjoyed the location and very helpful in helping this 80 year old manage the lock.

In town for family funeral. Picayune, MSLocation was perfect access to beach great and property was beautiful and clean. Only addition would be makeup lighting in Master Bath, although light in closet worked. Great place to stay and will definitely will be back. Thank you!

Easy check in, clean and well kept. Close to all downtown restaurants and bars. Beach access across the road with great sidewalks.

Fabulous... in every way!!!

The host was great, responded to questions quickly. Just had to cross the street to get to the beach. The house was clean, updated and comfortable with room to spread out.

We love this little cottage for our yearly visit to Bay St. Louis. Host is attentive, property is clean and quiet with all needed amenities. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

4th year in a row staying at this property. Always a great time! Will be back next year.

Walking distance to everything..

The property was exactly as described by the owner and was exceptionally clean upon arrival. Well maintained simply amazing property. The location is great with easy walks to the beach and town.

The house is as advertised....perfect layout, right across from the beach. Beautiful setting. Extremely clean and well maintained.The town (Bay St. Louis) is such a great get-away shore-town. I can't say enough wonderful things about the experience!!

Property is exactly as pictured & described here. Fun to walk 1/2 mile into old town for restaurants & shops.
