Enjoy a fabulous stay in this highly appointed contemporary rancher in the best location in Sun Valley. With vaulted ceilings and brand new contemporary white oak hardwood flooring throughout, this house is incredibly spacious and bright. Designed and furnished for personal use, it is extremely comfortable and cozy, equipped with high end finishings and designer furnishings.

Located on an exclusive, quiet cul de sac in the middle of the Bigwood Golf Course, directly on the fairway ofthe 5 par 1st hole and across the street from the 3rd hole. A 15 min walk or easy bike ride to both Ketchum and Sun Valley town centres, as well as the Symphony Pavilion. 5 minute walk to Zenergy Health Club and Spa. Less than 10 minute drive to Baldy Mountain (both River Run and Warm Springs lift access), Dollar Mountain, and Sun Valley Nordic Centre. The location doesn't get any better!

Stainless Thermador pro 36, 6 burner range, dishwasher, and french door fridge. Kitchen is extremely well stocked.     This is a repeat visit to the home for our family. We love the layout and the great location on the golf course with easy access to Ketchum and Sun Valley activities. We appreciated that they added an outdoor table to enjoy the great outside space.

    This is the 3rd time that we've returned to stay at this property. The owner and property manager are extremely responsive and helpful and the property is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking or meal prep and the location is fantastic with a short bike or drive to town. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard, made use of the grill, outdoor table and couch. This comfortable and well appointed house made our stay relaxing. We'll be back again!
