Whether its lounging by the pool, playing backyard games, or making a family meal in the kitchen, we've made sure to provide you with everything you to need to relax, recharge, and enjoy your vacation! House Rules:

** We will charge a minimum of $500 per broken rule plus any additional fees depending on the damage. By reserving our home, you have agreed to these terms.

There is an ADDITIONAL DAILY FEE for the heating service. Please inquire about heating the pool BEFORE your stay as it does take at least 24 hours to warm up fully! We do NOT offer partial heating. If you choose to add this amenity, it must be for your entire stay.

Dining room: Dining table with seating for up to 6 people + additional seating in large kitchen island

Garage: Home Gym + Arcade Machines ( IMPORTANT: the garage has no AC, 2 fans available (can get hot during summer months: Jun-Oct)-- please refer to images for further details

PETS:
And don't worry, we didn't forget about your fur babies! Pets are welcome for an additional/non-refundable fee (2 pet maximum). You can add your pets in the same area you add the number of people. Any pets exceeding this limit will result in a minimum $500 violation fee plus any additional cleaning costs.

OTHER:
The occupancy limit includes both adults and children aged 13 and above. If there are guests under 13 years old who exceed the maximum occupancy, written approval must be obtained before arrival.
