The spacious great room features a chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances, dining table with seating for 6, a large kitchen island with seating for 3, a gas fireplace, and a 55” TV with FuboTV. Step outside to the covered patio and you’ll enjoy the 4 person dining table, private hot tub, and a gas fire pit!

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a queen master suite with a TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom is a king guest bedroom with a king bed and a TV.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds.
* A jack-n-jill bath is shared between the king guest bedroom and the bunk room. It features a shower/tub combo.
* The main floor has a 1/2 bath.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. This home has parking for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Additional cars may be parked a block away at the Suncadia Inn. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**
